****Fall/Winter 2025 UPDATE*******. The Building is undergoing required maintenance from August-December. The work is being done Mon-Fri from 8-4pm. As such, we will only be renting over the weekends, Check-in on Friday, checkout on Monday morning. The work is being done on the road facing side of the building and the parking garage. The pool & hot tub will be open during this time, and parking will be available in the front of the building. We are offering a discounted rate for weekend stays during this time. If you are still interested in renting for a longer period, feel free to message us to discuss further*************** Our three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is right on the beach, providing breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets. One of the bathrooms allows for walk or roll-in access. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 1 reserved, covered parking space. We supply the bath & kitchen towels (up to 8 sets), as well as up to 6 beach towels. We also make available to our guests beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet on the balcony. Kids beach toys are also available in the small balcony storage bin.

The beach is just steps away! Sandcastle 1 has elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool with an adjacent large hot tub, outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach with chair and umbrella service available to you should you desire. When you've worked up an appetite, Salt Rock Grill, Caddy's Indian Shores, Seabreeze Island Grill, Coco Wood, and Wahoo's Waterside Pub and Patio are all within three-and-a-half miles of the condo. Golfers will appreciate being just under four miles from Largo Golf Course. Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is nearby as well!

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Beach getaway

The condo was perfect for our family's trip to the beach. Our family of five (including an infant) and Grandma and Grandpa had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach toys, chairs, etc. were great!

Very lovely

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Sunsets were amazing and the dolphin sightings were spectacular!! Very clean and well stocked. Easy to get around and great restaurants in the area.

Great location

The location - right on the beach - and view from the balcony were the best parts of the place. There was some construction going on nearby, so there was some noise from that, but overall it was a great location and very clean condo.

Perfect location.

We enjoyed our vacation at this on the beach first level condo. The reserved parking was right next to the elevator. Condo was situated right across from restaurant/bar, as well as boat rentals. Plenty to do near by and the beach and sunsets were superb.

Nice Condo

This is such a nice condo! You have everything available to you that you would need from beach chairs and towels, just about anything you would need to cook your meals except for the food, only thing i didnt like was the dryer but its better than having to use a coin one. If you have any problems at all Tim and Pam was quick to respond and would help with any questions. I 100% recommend staying in this condo.

The condo was exactly as described. The view from the condo was one of the best we have ever seen!!! The owners were great to work with and were very responsive when we had a question. If we come to this area again, we will definitely see if this condo is available.

Great stay and amazing views!

The property is an excellent location, beautiful beach and pool area. All conveniences needed were in the unit including spices and necessary items needed for a weeks stay! Directly across the street from Caddys, a restaurant on the intercoastal- great for a quick bite and drinks while watching the boats dock. The hosts were amazing and very accomodating due to circumstances with the hurricane- we were also allowed to check in early:-)

Family Time at the Beach

First time trip to the area but won’t be the last. Condo was well stocked and you could tell it was someone’s home and not just a rental. Perfect getaway and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. My husband and I will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. The only negative is beyond their control but if you have two cars in your party, parking is a challenge.

Amazing views and perfect location

This unit was perfect for 4 friends attending a near-by yoga conference. Using the elevator and carts to bring our belongings to the unit (which is so close by) was easy. And having a full kitchen to prepare meals was such a benefit. Thank you for a lovely place at a reasonable pice.

Family Beach Vacation

Tim & Pam’s condo was the perfect place for our family! The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for us. The view was amazing, the pool and beach both close. We traveled with our 3 kids so for us, the beach closet with chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, etc. was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will be back.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time. We stayed in this unit with the previous owner. This owner was very much on top of communication with us. They sent the check-in information early enough to ease my mind. Beautiful Cozy Vacation Home

It’s an excellent vacation home, clean, full of natural light, right on the beach, the apartment is right out of the elevator, which helped us unloading our luggages fast, getting in and out was very easy. Every details mentioned in the listing is accurate. Special mention, the host went above and beyond and send us some stuff when I informed them I couldn’t find it. Overall 5 star stay!

Great place to spread out after being cramped at Disney all week.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 to have some ‘space’ after being confined to small quarters all week at Disney. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. We were able to make quite an impressive sandcastle. We enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shopping at Johns Pass too. The beach was amazing and sunsets were gorgeous. Great view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was exhilarating. We had everything we needed to make some meals too in the kitchen. A enjoyable stay. We would come back.

Beautiful location on the beach

Beautiful condo, spacious and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need & more. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the showers great. We could see the sunset from the balcony and the walk to the ocean was very short. We had easy access to a very nice large pool and hot tub. Tim & Pam are great hosts and accessible if needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It was exactly what we needed for a little R&R after our daughter’s wedding in Tampa. We will definitely be coming back!

Located in a prefect spot along the beach with teh inter coastal on one side and a balcony overlooking the Gulf Beach! An awesome pool and hot tub along with bathrooms next to the pool. the Beach life doesn’t get any better than this.
