So convenient and the host was incredibly responsive.

We came to ski Jackson and wanted a walkable condo in town. We picked well with this condo! The unit was clean and as listed; perfect for our family of four. Getting to restaurants was a breeze. The owner was super helpful and very responsive with questions. This is a great option for convenience and price.

Excellent for skiing in Jackson

The condominium was essentially located right near all the main things to do and the town of Jackson. It was quiet and not on a busy street. It had excellent cable TV which it is hard to find in rentals.

Cozy Condo close to everything

We had a great stay at this cute condo. It is located within just a few minutes of the town square, shopping, dining, and pretty much anything you need to go, see or do in Jackson Hole. Check-in was easy. The condo was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. It was on the ground floor so only a couple steps. Two parking spaces are provided. We would stay here again.

Great Condo!

This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo was great for the 3 of us. It’s in a great location and was clean and comfortable (no frills). It was an easy walk to breakfast & dinner the 3 nights we were there. . The owner was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. (We were able to check in early since no one was there the night before and the condo was ready.

We were able to walk to everything of interest in Jackson and always found whatever we needed, including bear spray! The site was just what we needed on our first visit to Jackson! THANKS.

Wonderful and Roomy condo

Unlike some other rentals, the he photos did not overstate the size of the condo. To the contrary, they did not do the roomy and comfortable condo justices. There were two good size bedrooms, a large living and a spacious and complete kitchen. The grounds provided a shady scenic area to sit by a beautiful creek. The info was a 5 minute walk to the town center, with two parking spaces and was conveniently located right off the road to Grand Teton & Yellowstone NPs and the airport. Ian is wonderful. He always promptly responded to any questions we had, providing lots of information. In the course of getting ready we mentioned that we were coffee snobs and he made a special trip to bring former coffee and half & half to the condo, so we’d have it for our first morning. He was the perfect host.

Disappointed

I will not be staying at this property again due to its location and the age of the property. The owner did not provide accurate photos of the condo and this needs to be corrected. The property has been titled as “Beautiful Creekside Condo” however, the backyard patio faces a fence, and the front faces the parking lot. Given the pictures on the website associated with this condo, you would expect the condo to be “next to a creek” but that was not the case. In fact, the two exterior pictures associated with this property on the VRBO website are not associated with this condo. The exterior outside of the building (per the VRBO photos) is the condo next to this one and the picture that has the creek is where the 1 BR and studio apartments are located. The owner has misguided future renters to make us believe this condo was Creekside. The bedroom photos also need to be updated. The appropriate window coverings were curtains instead of the blinds shown in the photos. The last item that was disappointing is that a box of Kleenex could not be found in condo. You would think having Kleenex would be part of the common amenities. My ask is that the owner provides accurate pictures of the property so that future renters will not be deceived.

Jackson hole and the Tetons

Location, location, location! Perfect location for our trip. Condo as described. Being walking distance to the historic downtown is just great!! The Tetons were spectacular. We would absolutely stay here again

Great location & host

The condo is located just outside the center of Jackson and makes a great place to stay to enjoy the outdoors during the day - as well as the shops and restaurants in the evening. The host, Ian, was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Highly recommended

Everything was just as described. Very convenient location, surprisingly roomy and extremely clean and well equipped. Ian stayed in touch but there were zero issues and the instructions for entry were simple and flawless. My only recommendation would be a rough map to locate the unit and parking spot and to ensure there's a tad more clarity on how to enter the complex. I would certainly recommend it and happily stay there again. Given how ludicrous the lodging prices are in Jackson this was an outstanding value.

Great condo, perfect location!

This condo was perfect for our needs, as we were in Jackson for a wedding. Walking distance from pretty much everything in town and not a far drive from the park! Ian was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

Walk to restaurants and shops

Nice in town location. We walled over to the welcome center each day to get filtered water, walked up to Persephone for coffee and their bakery, So close to Grant Teton! We saw a bear and a herd of bison! The kitchen has everything needed. All feels high quality. Great place to stay.

Ideal location to explore Jackson and Grand Teton National Park

This property is a hidden gem: you can walk to the historic downtown Jackson area so easily, yet it's tucked away enough to be a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Best of both worlds! Great to have a parking space and easy access to the main roads to drive to stores or the Grand Teton National Park. Special thanks to our gracious host for accommodating us a night early when our national park lodging was canceled due to a park event!

Outdated in Jackson Hole

Fantastic location to enjoy all the Jackson Hole has to offer. Walking distance to everything! We were disappointed in how outdated the property was. Bathroom and kitchen need a thorough cleaning, sheets on bed were marked with bleach stains, window in front bedroom was broken. Barely any light in living room and kitchen (except natural sunlight- which was wonderful)…but in the evening, it’s very dim. 1 light wasn’t working in living room, even though we switched the light bulb. The other lights worked but again, not enough light. Kitchen has 1 overhead (small) light and one small light over the sink. The light above the microwave was broken. No screen on the large sliding glass door in kitchen, so you can’t keep it open for the nice mountain breeze. Host was very nice but for what he is charging for this property, we expected SOOOO much more!

Great spot for walking to shops and restaurants! Easy access to road to parks. Excellent communication prior to check in kitchen well stocked with supplies ! Highly recommend!

What drew me to living in Brookside Condominiums was its fantastic location. We are right downtown yet cradled on the west side by Flat Creek and Saddle Butte, offering a secluded feeling while at home and a short walk to the Town Square. It is the best of both worlds!
