The house was perfect for our family in town for a wedding! The home was a great size, and bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved how close we were to Littleton and all the great restaurants and shops on Main St.

Everything was as expected, which is good!We ended up with less people staying with us, that may have changed things. I would definitely rent here again. I did get a good stair workout every day!

Lovely place!!!! New, well appointed, location in downtown Littleton & easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, & neighborhood activities. It’s in the description but note that the townhouse is three stories with stairs and the garage is great but average size so long or tall vehicles will not fit.

This is absolutely a wonderful place to stay in Littleton. We have stayed at this townhouse several times before and will definitely stay again. It is very modern, beautifully decorated and always very clean. Lots of space to enjoy your stay, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A beautiful large deck on the upper level is a bonus. Great to hang out and look at the mountains and watch the sunsets. Another plus is that it is only a short 1 block walk to Main Street in downtown Littleton where there are numerous shops and restaurants. Check in is very easy and Alison is always super responsive to any messages left for her. I would highly recommend this townhouse; you won't be disappointed.

What an absolutely lovely place. We were in town for a wedding. This place was immaculate, the host was very quick with responses. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was well appointed and had anything that you need. Bonus is the rooftop patio. Great way to spend the evenings.

Home was very thoughtfully laid out and appointed. Nicely stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the automated shade system. Thank you fie the nice stay.

1st class property with great features and walking distance to restaurants. Three couples had plenty of room and privacy with en-suite baths off each of the three bedrooms. Finish out was top notch. We’ve been VRBOing around the country since 2017 and this is right up there with the best experiences we’ve had! We would definitely book this property again.

This was the cutest place in a perfect location. The owner was responsive to questions and the condo was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful townhome was the outstanding. The location is fantastic. The home was clean and well stocked. We loved the decor. Great host. We hope to return for another great stay.

Alison provided all the information we needed for a smooth arrival, stay, and departure. The condo is a lovely property with a beautiful rooftop view, and comfortable rooms and facilities. It is in walking distance to a vibrant Main Street district, and easy driving to Denver attractions.

This is one of the best homes I've rented. The best coffee bar around. It had all the bells and whistles. Very comfortable for 3 couples.

Everything about this place was phenomenal- from the ease of communication and check-in to the extras around the house. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic property in a fabulous location

Just stayed at Alison's place in Littleton and it was fantastic! Beautiful property, had everything we needed for our stay, and located walking distance to downtown Littleton and all the quaint shops and restaurants it has to offer. Alison was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for our group. I would highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed.

Wedding weekend headquarters

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The condo was perfectly located to hit all venues and host small groups arriving before the big event. Beautiful property and walking distance to downtown.

Son’s Wedding Weekend

The place was great! Lots of space, perfectly outfitted with anything you need, great location & beautifully decorated! It has lots of steps but even with an unexpectedly broken knee a couple days before arrival, I could not have been more pleased. Would 100% stay again!
