Breathtaking 3 acre gated private estate is being offered to those who have a need for “more”. The property is situated between two large horse properties and only 2 miles from the Denver Technological Center (DTC) and 15 minutes to downtown. This home has 9,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 20 seat State Of The Art Theater, all backing to the High Line canal (60 mile walk/bike path).

I am often asked about hosting events at my home. I would like to limit the number of guests at the property to 30 and 20 overnight. Not interested in hosting wedding receptions.

Beautiful house!!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I booked the home and everyone that stayed there commented on how beautiful it is and how perfect it was for a large group from different families. It is located close to everything we needed to make for a perfect visit.

What an amazing property for our group of women on a tennis tournament trip. The house was perfect...we had a wonderful stay. James was on point and answered every question quickly. Thank you for a flawless experience. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great large space for large groups of adults as well as families. Separate areas for groups of people and a fantastic movie room downstairs as well as large entertainment area with pool table and bar - where different groups can be separated and barely know others are in the house - James was fantastic about setting things up exactly how we asked and anything we needed was already in house - Highly Recommended

Great communication with host, house extremely clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and tons of space for our group. Check in was explained perfectly for effortless check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

We had 8 adults and 8 children. The 4 en suite king bedrooms accommodated all perfectly. The bunkbed room was great for the children. We had a family reunion with 29 members our second night. The bottom level with bar, pool table and 20 seat movie theater was fabulous.I was able to present a PowerPoint slide show. Everyone had agreat time. Would rebook anytime.

We were so grateful for this home. The spacious, open floor plan was an excellent place for our extended family to gather. The owner was so gracious and accommodating to our needs and communication was quick and responsive. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone who needs extra space and reliability!

Clean and location was fabulous. Loved having the walking trail behind the home. We had a family gathering for a wedding. It slept everyone comfortably. Would like maybe more seating in big room and outdoor furniture space so we could all sit together. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time at the home! Thank you Jim

The “Big House” was everything as advertised. The location was great! And, the walking trail behind the home and surrounding horse farms and beautiful homes made our family’s experience extra special!
