Great location with all of the amenities of home with an updated kitchen and bath.
The space
One-bedroom apartment in historic 1860 home, located in the heart of the Oregon District three houses down from a park. Walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in Dayton, see the map of the area in the photos. Minutes by car to the University of Dayton and Wright State University. Internet is available.

Just as the other review submitted for the same property- easy communication, evident thoughtful care, friendly host, ample street parking in a quiet and character-full neighborhood. Loved it all. Lots within walking distance to explore or stay in for a cozy movie night.

Amazing property! Very convenient location. We enjoyed walking to the local eateries and especially enjoyed the quiet outdoor space. Even better than pictured!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was charming, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. I especially loved all the beautiful live plants throughout the space because they made it feel so welcoming and homey. The host was communicative and helpful, and everything about the stay was easy and relaxing. I will happily stay here again!

This was an excellent place to stay when visiting the Air Force museum and Cedarville University. The apartment was pristine in cleanliness and appearance, and one could tell that the owner takes great pride and care regarding his property. Most importantly, communication with Jim was excellent, who went the extra mile in meeting additional accommodation requests for me. Thanks for providing a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to spend the night!

Location was extremely convenient and absolutely beautiful in summer. Apartment was clean, well decorated, and overall a great stay. Street parking was surprisingly convenient and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Dayton area and I’d gladly stay here again.

Home in a historic neighborhood. Correctly listed and photos were accurate. Smaller place but great for a couples getaway!! Lots to do in Dayton as well!

Awesome place to stay for a UD Flyers game. The unit was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Great location, lots of walkable spots nearby. Way better than a hotel for both location and comfort.
