Ideally located in the heart of downtown Dayton, placing you within easy walking distance of some of the cities most popular wedding venues, the Schuster Center, lively bars, and unique and delicious restaurants.

(A quick 15 minute ride to the Dayton International Airport)

First floor- garage/laundry room. Washer and dryer use along with laundry essentials are included.

Second floor- Kitchen/dining area stocked with everything you need for cooking and enjoying a meal in your home away from home.

-Cozy contemporary living room with brand new, super comfy sofa bed. 75 inch high definition smart tv.
-Balcony perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

Third floor- large bedroom with plush king bed, 75 inch high definition tv, desk/workspace, walk-in closet, master bathroom, and another private balcony.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and each time seems to get better. The property has newly installed carpet and upgrades all over the place. It was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We will definitely be staying here again. The host is wonderful as well.

The co do was amazing! Very well decorating, clean, convenient location to our venue and affordable. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Our ONLY complaint was the stairs, but it gave us a workout ;-)

Very convenient location to where I needed to be, especially with the nearby hotels (AC Hotel) being expensive. This townhome was very nice, comfy bed, and had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Property was nice and clean. Tap water was a little chemical tasting, but manager provided plenty of drinking water. Manager was very responsive.

Clean, modern, safe, convenient

We chose this property because of its convenient location to wedding related events, and things to do in downtown Dayton. We are very happy with our choice! The title of this review says it all: clean, modern, safe, convenient. The towels and bedding were very soft and we enjoyed having snacks and coffee ready for us when we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet.

Clean and great location...steps away from the ball field and the riverwalk. Mike was responsive and thorough. At night (particularly weekends) you can hear the noise from the street due to the proximity to major streets and local bars/nightlife. One car garage is a plus. NOTE: It can be a tight squeeze if other cars are parked outside in front of the garage. We managed nonetheless.

The property is in a wonderful location, very walkable, and the listing accuracy is amazing. The accommodations were perfect, and overall, we felt very comfortable in this space for the weekend. Overall, I give this property and the property owner a five out of five. The ONLY thing I might have other pet owners consider is the steepness and slipperiness of the stairs. My small dog did fall down the stairs and had I not caught her, it could have been a pretty bad injury. For small dogs, those stairs might be pretty difficult to navigate. We were able to go out and buy some safety gates to keep them off the stairs and that worked perfectly. Overall, our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We traveled to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and Carillon Historical Park and to catch a ball game. What you see in the listing in what you get: a clean, comfortable townhouse with a very comfortable bed. Great location (walk to Dayton Dragons) and restaurants.Two caveats: the stairs are steep and shallow, use caution going up and down. People who need absolute darkness to sleep, bring a mask or be an early riser. West facing window in stairwell filters light into the bedroom. That being said, I had no trouble sleeping until 7:30am.We stayed midweek, so didn't notice noise that other reviews mentioned beyond what you would expect in a city setting, mostly traffic.Would rent again in a heartbeat!
