Just as listed. Very clean place. Probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed at with VRBO. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach toys and chairs to use. Even got into our place a couple of hours earlier than regular check in time which was nice.

Premier Host is truly an understatement! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. Absolutely nothing was overlooked! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-stocked. From the kitchen essentials to the beach items, everything we could possibly need was provided.Communication with the host was outstanding! Responses were always quick, helpful, and friendly, making the entire experience seamless from beginning to end.It is rare to find a property and host that exceed expectations in every way, but this one certainly did! You can tell the hosts take great pride in their property and genuinely care about their guests having a wonderful experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

This place was so beautiful inside and out. Clean, well stocked and everything you want for a beach vacation Barbara, the owner, was super nice. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The accommodations are wonderful, the location is dreamy & the scenery is amazing. Communications were a breeze as well. 10 out of 10

An incredibly beautiful ocean and beach view from this gorgeous beach decor condo. Love the private balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need. This is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely be back. Barbara is such a wonderful host. She has created an ocean paradise for guests to relax and enjoy. Great location with easy access to restaurants in both Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach.

This is a great location! This is the second time we have stayed here. Communications with the owner was good. The AC went out and the repairman was there in less than an hour to fix it. There is an elevator which is great if you have someone in your party who is unable to handle the stairs (or for hauling up luggage). The boardwalk, outdoor shower, hose and beach supplies all make your beach day easy. Since we were on vacation I didn’t do much cooking at all; just canned biscuits. The toaster, oven, sink and coffee pot were in perfect working order. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in. Very relaxing. 10 out of 10 will stay here again!

Great place to stay in St.Joe!

We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean, and the views were absolutely stunning. The beach was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time, and there were some fantastic local restaurants nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to St. Joe—beautiful beach, great location, and a wonderful overall experience!

Excellent everything!

Great location, beautifully decorated condo with all you need for a perfect vacation. The owner Barbara gets back quickly with any questions and is wonderful to work with. We are scheduling our 3rd trip to this condo!

Wish it was a longer stay

Beautiful condo on a very nice uncrowded beach. The owner was very easy to work with. I will be back and hope to stay longer without any hurricanes coming.

Clean and scenic!

Condo is in great shape and you can't beat the view and beach access. Only minor complaint is road noise in the bedrooms but that's obviously outside the host's control. Would recommend!

Perfect location for enjoying some pretty amazing sunsets! Barbara was a dream to rent from! Prompt responses & very flexible. The house was clean & well stocked.

Great relaxing week on the beach! The boardwalk out to the sand made it super easy for those of us with bad knees and backs to reach the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The elevator was definitely needed for those less mobil and to haul the suitcases. I personally enjoyed having breakfast on the porch and watching the dolphins, fish and birds.

Great location!

Perfect location! Very thoughtful touches provided throughout. Only small point would be wish it was more clear that there would be a shared entrance. Each floor is rented separately, and the stairwell is a shared space. Still, we enjoyed our stay immensely and loved the flexibility to bring a pet!
