Welcome to Cabernet House! Newly renovated from top to bottom, the clean aesthetic of our home welcomes guests with:

- 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests
- 2 full bathrooms
- completely equipped eat in kitchen
- large backyard, BBQ and deck

Situated just minutes walk to the main street of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, in the heart of wine country, and steps to all Shaw Theatres, restaurants, and shops. 20 mins to Niagara Falls, our home is the perfect spot to explore all that Niagara has to offer!

Cabernet House has 4 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds make up the sleeping arrangement. 2 full bathrooms, one with shower tub, one with stand up shower. A full kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all dinnerware and cookware.

Complimented with clean linens, WIFI, Keurig coffee machine, complimentary parking for up to 3 cars, BBQ, large eat at island, washer, dryer.... we hope our home has everything you need for a perfect stay. With a great location and caring hosts, we hope to become your home of choice when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake!

Our family stayed here during our daughters wedding at Kurtz Orchard. Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and communication with Erica was always prompt.

Erica was a pleasure to deal with. The house is in a great location, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, with the exception of the twin beds, which had very thin mattresses. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen has pretty basic equipment in terms of pots, pans, utensils. We greatly appreciated that there are no check out requirements. So many places expect you to collect the towels, strip the beds, turn in the dishwasher, etc.

Family wedding

This lovely home was perfect for our stay. Pictures were accurate and kitchen was is focal point of everyone to gather. As well the kitchen was had everything you needed. We most certainly would book this home again

Great stay in NOTL

Erica’s property was fantastic, perfect for a few days in NOTL. It’s very walkable to the Queen Street shops and restaurants, and also very accessible to great biking from the Butler’s Quarters. The house itself was very clean and nicely finished — not the usual low-quality furnishings that are increasingly typical of short-term rentals. We would 100% stay at this property again!

Great location

The property worked well for us. The area and street were very quiet. It was an easy walk to the Shaw Festival Theatre and restaurants downtown. There is a great mix of flat and hilly bike trips right from the front door. Cycling the Welland Canal was a nice day out as well.

This was a lovely home! Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want whether you planned to cook a dinner there or you just planned to have appetizers and wine and perhaps breakfast while enjoying everything Niagara on the Lake has to offer during the day and evening. The location was perfect and was within easy walking distance to the historic downtown area and to the lake. Prior to our time there Erica was immediately responsive to our questions. While staying at the home she checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and was quick to respond to the one or two queries we had. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The living room was cozy and comfortable. The back yard was well kept with wonderful Adirondack chairs but unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying them.

Mary Street

Nicely updated house in a great location…5 blocks to Queen and convenient to other amenities as well as restaurants, wineries, bike trails. Bedrooms very comfy with great mattresses. Kitchen well equipped. Overall very clean. Would definitely stay again. May not have quite the charm of many other NOTL homes, but absolutely has everything needed for a great stay.

Updated, clean and comfortable

This place is meant for you to spread out and relax. Great WiFi and TVs, everything is updated and fresh. Backyard is very cozy and charming - fall leaves and colors were straight out of a movie. Linens were not high quality, but the towels felt new and plush. Great location - there is a Tim Hortons for coffee just a couple of blocks away. We were there on a girls’ trip, all 4 of us are over 50. We would book there again.

Clean property, well stocked, and great communication. Property is very convenient for enjoying Niagara on the Lake. It was nice for my elderly parents with the main floor bedroom. Back deck was private and great for a morning coffee! Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at NOTL!
