It is located in the four star boutique hotel, Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites, adjacent to Fort De Russy Park and a short stroll to Waikiki Beach. The lobby with Hawaiian decor feels a warm welcome and a spacious mezzanine level where guests can relax. The studio is quipped with kitchenette (a fridge, microwave, toaster, portable induction cooktop, coffee maker and all the basic cooking utensils) and hotel offers amenities including a heated swimming pool, sun deck, barbecue grills, laundry room, fitness center, and nearby dining options. The ceiling of the unit is high and the windows are triple pane, so the unit is very private and quiet.

It is a perfect unit for someone who wants to enjoy all the glamour of Waikiki beach and city life, but seeks for a quiet and calm place to relax and rest.

From the unit, you can see where Ala Moana Blvd. to Kalakaua Ave. meet. So, it is a perfect location to watch a parade and Honolulu marathon.

Beach, park, convenience stores, restaurants, cafe are all within a walkable distance. Hilton Hawaiian Village is also just 5 min. walk away, so you can see the Friday Fireworks from their beach!

Checking in is just like checking in at a hotel, only easier. There are three elevators and we never had much of wait to get up to the room. The room is close to the elevator but we didn't have any problem with noise. The wall air conditioner kept the room cool enough and didn't make any strange or irritating noises. Of course there are ABC Stores everywhere but the Food Pantry - Eaton Square is only a ten minute walk away and has a much better selection. The building's location is great. You can basically walk through the park to get to the beach and all our tours picked up less than a five minute walk away. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to couples.

Had a wonderful stay. Host was lovely. Accomodation was exceptional. Had everything you could possibly need. Close to transport shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t as for more on having a great vacation.

Great stay

This Vrbo was perfect for my stay in Waikiki.Close enough to lots of restaurants but not too close to all the action.Lovely unit , beautiful pool area, staff couldn’t be nicer. I would highly recommend this Vrbo for your stay.

Clean room and comfortable furniture. Nicely decorated and coordinated. The hotel hosting the room is clean, staff is friendly. Plenty of towels and beach towels in the room. Body wash and weak shampoo available. Can accommodate 3 guests but plan on not more than 2. For space in the room, pack one bag and share it. The room is centrally located so parks, shops and mall are very nearby. It's centrally located so expect plenty of traffic noise most of the time. Nice, though not spectacular, view. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk. Sky Road car rental (Mall location) served our needs for a car when Lyft was not an option, about a 15 minute walk.

Perfect location in Honolulu

The property was clean and true to the pictures on VRBO. Our host was very helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions and followed up with us upon check in. There are beach towels, beach umbrella and all other necessities to make our stay comfortable. Definitely place that we will recommend and come back to it.

Just finished our 9 night stay. Very clean property, close to all amenities! Unit has everything needed! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping! Host was awesome! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Luana Waikiki hotel and suites.This is our 3rd stay and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff is attentive and friendly. The pool area is very clean and inviting, with lots of towels.We like to walk so this hotel is close enough to walk into the busy Waikiki area without all the extra noise. I would highly recommend a stay at Luana Waikiki.

So sorry your stay was not as favorable as you had wished. We always try very hard to make our studio top-notch and to welcome and satisfy our guests. For example, we installed a carbon dioxide detector at your request. Our unit already has a smoke detector and sprinkler, and the Luana Hotel checks their alarm system regularly. So, we believe our unit, as well as the building, are safe. You immediately complained about extra linens and demanded a discount despite the fact that you failed to read our instructions, which would have resolved your problem. The one point we agreed with was the age of the sofa, which we have since replaced and upgraded. We still hope you enjoyed your family vacation in Hawaii.

Waikiki never stops expanding because of its world famous beach and luxurious life style.
Luana Waikiki is located in the Western side of Waikiki where is relatively more quiet and calm compared to the other side. Fort de Russy park, which is right by Luana is always very welcoming and pleasant to look at and to walk through.

5 min. walk to the beach, to the restaurants, shops and bars.

There is a bus stop near by.

Walkable distance to Ala Moana and Convention Center.

There is also a sushi bar on the 1st floor, called, "Ya!! Sushi" where the Japanese sushi chef serves authentic as well as Californian style sushi almost every evening.

Tasteful decor of our studio was carefully picked in accordance with the classic Hawaiian theme, and all the pictures of the wall art are by the local Hawaiian artists.

The new Italian leather sofa bed is extremely comfortable to sit and sleep on. There is a 50" smart TV on the wall in front of the sofa, so you can watch comfortably whatever movie or TV program you liked to watch at home when you feel like staying in.

On the 1st floor where there is a gym, pool, sun deck and laundry room, BBQ grills are also available for all the guests. You can enjoy the evening by the pool relaxingly under the palm trees in Hawaiian breeze.

We aim to provide the accommodation that you feel like staying at home; safe, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Hope you will get to experience the convenience of the condo and luxurious amenities of the Hotel, staying at our Lehua Luana unit.
