This is an amazing home built on the top of the hill in the hidden valley of the Smokies. The home is a mere 5 minute drive to the Parkway and all the main attractions and restaurants. So spasious from insideout. Enjoy secluded patio equipped with a very nice Weber grilling for your family BBQ with a hot-tub with colored lights for 5 ppl! You may olso bring your pets and be sure they have fun on the fenced big front yard. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower , there is also a lot of space in the walk-in closet. The house has a wireless internet to keep up with business while on vacation. On the main level, you'll find the rustic master bedroom(king bed) with a half bath. And there is a little kids bedroom with a bunk bed. The living room has a futon bed, 2 armchairs and 55-in flat screen TV. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and dryer between the living room and kitchen and the opposite from the laundry room is the half bath. The well-appointed chef's kitchen is equipped with all the appliances as Keurig coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, microwave and the dining area with a rustic table. The patio with the grill, dining and lounging hot tub area can be accessed from the kitchen. The deck is facing the fenced yard for kids or pets to play meanwhile parents can have the perfect sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine or a favorite book. There is a parking lot for up to 5 cars. The garage is not available for rent yet. Me and my wife are available for you almost anytime. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. We loved how many bedrooms there were and the house was pretty clean. The hot tub was a great addition! There wasn’t a full bathroom on the first floor but it wasn’t an issue. It’s super close to town which was extremely convenient. The views were beautiful and it was fun to hear the sheep next door while sitting on the porch. We would stay again!

The air conditioning didn't work upstairs while we were there. The host had someone to work on but it wasn't resolved while we were there. There were a couple of other small things but those were fixed. Overall a ok place but wouldn't book again.

When we got to the house it looked fine, but the more we looked around found the house was in terrible shape. The sheets were not clean, the floor was filthy, the windows were not clean , it was sticky, dust everywhere. We decided we could not stay these and had to leave. The host was very good about giving our refund back

The place was clean and easy to find. The biggest problem was the communication with the host. I got no reply to any of the questions I asked. There was zero communication from the host’s side. In terms of amenities, the grill was broken. The basic amenities like blankets, body wash were not included. The kitchen didn’t have clean bowls, cups and there was no salt. The dishwashing liquid they had in the kitchen was travel size. Very average stay.

Birthday weekend

Overall it was a great stay!! They are minor things that could be improved such as Wi-Fi and the hot tub but those things weren’t super important to our group. The fire pit was great to sit around.

Had to drive down the road to get cell phone service so we could get code to get into house. Advertised as 5BDS, 4BAS, it actually only has two full BAS & two half BAS, three of the King BDS are not even two feet off the floor. The king BD room on the main floor is advertised as a M BD room but it only has half BA. So if anyone is in the MBD they have to go upstairs to BAR for shower. The other BAR has no doors from BRM to BAR and no door from BAR to hallway. The railing going upstairs is rickety, no hand rails in BA rooms. No washcloths. We made a trip to the store before we ever got in the house. Then we had to make another trip for other supplies later. No starter basket. Only 1 towel In KCH, no potholders, dishcloth, we just had enough forks for 8, washed everything before using in KCH, no dishwasher soap, water still in Keurig, don’t no how long ice had been in ice maker we did not use bought our own, no extra rolls of toilet paper, spider webs on the inside & outside of windows. Called the host as soon as we got there he did tell us we did not have to stay , but on a weekend when we were there for a ladies conference of three thousand people and a car show on the main strip in PF where would we have gone. We just made the best of what we had. We most definitely would NOT recommend this house. Don’t have photos on my phone but with information given just know that the photos on site are not accurate. Oh and getting in & out on main road does not have good site.

Close but quiet

We had a short, 3-night stay. The house was great to escape the hustle of the main attractions, but quiet and peaceful to relax in the evenings. Having 4 king-size beds was a great attribute.

The property is beautiful! The driveway is steep and I would be cautious in winter months when it may ice or snow. The mountain views were visible but slight obscured due to tree growth. It became a fun game to walk through the house and try to find the best views (upstairs master bedroom was our final decision). If you plan to cook, highly recommend bringing additional utensils. There were plenty of forks, only 2 spoons, and all the knives were rather dull (even the serrated ones). But the stove works wonderfully and their is a patio charcoal grill! The upstairs master bath has a lovely tub, but the shower doesn't seem to mix the hot and cold water. So we all ended up using the main shower while we were there. The main shower appears to have been recently renovated and is very nice. Even had a towel warmer which was a pleasant surprise! The front door took us a little bit to figure out how to lock as it is ever so slightly loose in its housing. The back patio door was much easier to lock and unlock however I dont believe you can access the property from that door. The hosts were very kind to help us find some places to visit during our stay and were just a text message away if we needed anything. They were quick to reply and very kind.

Christmas with the kiddos

Kids loved the hot tub. Host was very accommodating in helping us troubleshoot WiFi (router got unplugged. The king beds were awesome.

Pigeon Forge

Our stay was great! plenty of room for us all. Front yard was big enough for the kids to run around. Hot tub was nice for the cold weather. Only downfall was no signal to look anything up and WIFI was not an option; other then that the stay was great! Shot drive to the Parkway. We would book this place again.

Summer 2024

I loved the house...but not for elderly or handicap...2 full baths are upstairs 2 half bathrooms downstairs..beds need to be up off floor very hard to get up from..internet doesn't work....yard need to be mowed...

Beautiful location

The house was perfect in size for our group and overall absolutely beautiful. My only complaints are the wifi didn’t work at all which meant none of our phone worked or the tvs, the sink in the downstairs bathroom leaked from somewhere so anything left on the floor will get soaked, and the trash cans are not animal proof. We took our trash out like the instructions said and overnight had something break in and dump everything all over so we had to clean food scraps off the ground. I’d definitely recommend getting metal containers to put the trash cans in to prevent wildlife from coming especially since the hot tub isn’t protected at all from the driveway/trashcan area. Not the best place we’ve stayed but it worked for the weekend and met our needs.

Buyer beware

We booked this 5 bedroom house. When we get to the location we can’t find it. What we realize is there is two address for the same place and it was double booked. The host did give us another place to stay but it was a 2 bedroom for the same price which he said we got the original house on a deal. He offered and extra night stay for free. However he called back the day before check out and said it actually wasn’t available. We weren’t going to be able to stay anyway but very disappointing!!!!

Horrible experience

When we arrived the house smelled like marijuana. It wasn’t very clean at all, there was dirty dishes in drawers, there was coffee grounds all over the counter and coffee pot, everything looked patched together. This property was nothing like description. The hot tub was freezing cold when we arrived, we had to kick the breaker to try to get it working. It was finally warm the next morning when it was time to check out, so needless to say we had 5 disappointed little girls who had their heart set on that hot tub. The Wi-Fi was horrible, our phones wouldn’t load anything. Very disappointing…

The house was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 dogs. Everyone had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen/dining area was a hub for all of us to hang out. Less than 15 minutes from stores and some restaurants. We all had a great time.

The host was very flexible with our accommodations. The house was great for what we needed it, and all of the amenities were fully functional! The fenced in yard was fantastic for our dogs and being able to hang out around the fire! Trying to contact the host and get a response can be a task. As far as cleanliness, it could’ve been better for sure. The fans were coated in dust, the couch and mattress covers were stained, and the walls and windows could use a good wash. But aside from that this place suited our needs, is in a great secluded location, and was exactly what we were looking for.
