We have stayed at this property twice now and hope to stay here every year. The location couldn't be better, the townhome is clean and comfortable, well stocked, and the host is friendly, generous, and very easy to work with. I have been visiting Ketchum every year for over 20 years, and this is by far the best townhome we have stayed in. We love it!

We loved everything about our stay! We were here with a group of college girlfriends and had such a wonderful time, especially enjoying the Wagon Days celebrations! We made cozy fires morning and night in the beautiful living room and spent hours talking and relaxing together. There was plenty of storage in all the bedrooms, which was a great bonus for girls with a bunch of clothes!Our favorite part was the walkability to town. We loved strolling the lovely neighborhood shaded by trees, cruising along the bike path and walking into town for coffee every morning. Such a perfect location and a wonderful place to stay. We all very highly recommend!

Have stayed here for the past 4 summers. The hosts are easily accessible and very helpful. The house is well equipped. The bedroom is very comfortable and spotless. Walking distance to town, ski mountain, restaurants. The back deck is off the bedroom and a delight - shady, cool, private. The upstairs deck, while smaller, has a great view of the Boulder Mts and is a fine place for morning coffee. The street is a dead end and consequently quite quiet - a real plus.

Great, clean spot walking distance to town. Nice, quiet, peaceful area to enjoy our time in Sun Valley. Hosts were very responsive and made check out an easy process. We will plan to be back.

The house was wonderful! Great size for a family of five. The house was well stocked, and the location was amazing. We could walk or bike anywhere we wanted. Owners were easy to communicate with.

Absolutely wonderful! This condo was not only in a great location, but it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful living room and well equipped kitchen- and John and Patsy are so accommodating and gracious hosts! Will definitely be staying again.

This was our 4th year renting this property. The location is excellent and the owners are delightful. Walking distance to town, 2 minute drive to ski hill, fully equipped kitchen and more. The unit was spotless when we arrived.

Beautiful home with wonderful substantial furnishings, accessories and art. Comfy beds and the colorful wool blankets added to the atmosphere. Kitchen has everything we needed. Great laundry room. Ample bath towels. Walked into town everyday - so easy. The owner left us a glow in the dark petunia. 6 adults and 1 child had a great time! Thank you!

Great Getaway

We love this property. Spacious, clean and the location can’t be beat. This was our third visit and we are looking forward to next winter. John and Patsy are great hosts.
