perfect for our group- excellent stock of everyday tools/items in the kitchen, spaces for every genre of activity/ age group, comfortable beds, plenty of towels & paper goods, and the mud room had all of us jealous!

Just had an amazing stay at Powder Lodge and highly recommend. House was amazing, meticulously clean and great amenities. House has good layout for multiple families with several kids. Kids loved game room and we all loved hot tub. Host was very responsive and very helpful with info about the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Absolutely loved this property

Check in process was easy. Home was clean fully stocked with essentials and looked exactly like the pictures! We will definitely be back.

Amazing house! Great attentive owner !!

The entire stay was great! The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. The house actually exceeded our expectations from the listing. Rebecca was so lovely …very responsive and took our 1-2 questions very serious and worked to get things resolved asap. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place To Stay

We stayed with 7 adults and 4 kids under 6 yrs old. We were all family and had a blast. Plenty of sleeping space, the finished basement was great for all ages, plus the fire pit was useful for a few nights. The host Rebecca was very responsive with whatever we needed! Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Powder Lodge. The property is lovely, the house is well laid out and well stocked, and the communication with the owner was perfect. The hot tub is great for watching the stars, the fire pit is comfortable and relaxing. The house is very thoughtful stocked with everything right where you need it, from towels for the hot tub to chip clips to flashlights. The app was a nice touch, with good advice on hike locations and all the answers you'd need about the house. Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay at Powder Lodge again.

Wonderful spot for a girls getaway

4 of us spent two nights at Powder Lodge for a quick summer getaway. The area is beautiful, and the location is close to many amenities. We were able to enjoy hiking, tubing on the river, dinner in Bethel and also spent a great deal of time at the lodge relaxing, cooking together, enjoying the backyard/hot tub/firepit. We are thinking about making it an annual tradition! 100 percent would recommend. The house is spacious, lots of room for everyone, great lounge/dining space.

Beautiful ski home

We can’t say enough about our stay, we had friends and all our children here and everyone can’t wait to come back! This house was so clean and comforting, with plenty of space for everyone! We had a great time in the game room and hot tub! The kitchen comes with appliances you possibly need which made it super easy to cook meals here. Host was very easy to get in touch with when questions arose! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Friends of Time

We have stayed at many Sunday River homes! This one is in our top favorites. The home has a fresh homey feel. The decor is absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space yet cozy at the same time. We loved that it had a hot tub, fire place, and fire pit. This is a very well kept home. Owners were responsive and super approachable.

Two Birthday Weekends

We stayed with another family for two special birthday, weekends and the place could not have been more perfect. The owner’s messages were very informative and timely and she was very accommodating with a couple of special requests. The house is brand new and contains every amenity and convenience you could think of when visiting a vacation home. We have been renting ski houses for years and this is our best experience and favorite house.

Amazing Sunday River Rental

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic ski house at Sunday River, and it was one of the best winter getaways we've ever experienced. This property catered to everyone’s needs and made our trip memorable. The ski house is perfectly situated just a short drive from the slopes, making it super convenient for early morning skiing. The house itself is spacious and beautifully designed, providing plenty of room for our group to spread out. With multiple bedrooms and cozy common areas, everyone had their own space while still enjoying quality time together. The living room, with its large fireplace and comfy couches, became our favorite hangout spot after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare hearty meals and enjoy family dinners at the large dining table. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Excellent Rental Property

This property and the owner went above and beyond our expections! You can tell they really care about you having a wonderful experience by all the extras they do, like supplying shampoo, conditioner and body soap in all the bathrooms, hand soap at every sink, dish machine soap and dish washing soap supplied, even had new tooth brushes and toothpaste in case someone forgot theirs! Plenty of towels for the hot tub and plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. Beds were very comfortable. It was very nice having a front deck with nice chairs, my grandsons loved playing on the deck and we could sit and relax watching them! Also had a lot of fun playing in the game room with foos ball , shuffle board and a basket ball hoop with lots of basketballs! Very comfortable couch and tv also in there. I just can't say enough good things about this beautiful, clean home and the owner. Thanks again for letting us use your wonderful home. We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

House was very comfortable for all 10 of us. Location was beautiful. Hot tub was very nice. Kitchen was very nice. Host was amazingly quick with answers to questions. All in all, very nice.
