We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

- No drugs are allowed
- No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch that the odor is inside you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside)
-$200 fine for violating EACH and ANY of our House Rules.
- Make sure to turn off AC/Heater after leaving the house

*Cable TV is not available.
*You have to login your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO etc.
