450 sq. Foot Studio ( converted garage)in hills of Glassell Park . Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably (NO CHILDREN PLEASE). It has its own private entrance, bathroom and patio area. The studio has a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, portable A/C and heater, fridge, microwave and Closet space. Pool/deck access 12pm-6pm (Pool heated April 1-Nov.1)
The house sits on a very quiet street atop the Glassell Park hills with beautiful views.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE ROOM.
NO OUTSIDE GUEST OR VISITORS

Very eclectic and cute place. 100% like the pictures. Easy access to Dodger stadium, Hollywood Bowl and Echo Park Lake (all the things we did). Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to crash while in LA - easy to go in and out. Comfortable bed, fun aesthetics. Can get a bit stuffy inside as it's a renovated garage - would recommend some sort of air flow if possible

Overall, it was a great stay. Everything we explored was about 30 minutes from us depending on traffic of course! Unfortunately the only thing is we are a bit of lighter sleepers so it sucked a bit because we would be up early to see the city all day, would want to get a full night sleep but could hear pups and footsteps directly upstairs. We weren’t a fan of the pool hours & having to announce when we wanted to go swimming. But other than that, it was a good spot & a good stay!

The room was very clean and well-decorated. The record collection was very nice as well, and good bathroom.However, the hosts live directly above the room, and we could hear everything, including their dogs running back and forth at 7am and the tv.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unique space. Very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Beautiful deck and pool area.

We loved staying at this very cool Hilltop Studio / Suite in LA for a 5 day, extended, wedding wknd!! From the eclectic wall art, to the fabulous vinyl album collection, the spinner & the comfortable vibe throughout, we were not disappointed. The upper deck and pool patio areas were a great place to unwind and take a dip with temps in the 80s.Ricky & Jen were awesome hosts and quick to reply &/or answer any questions we had.It was comfy, clean, well stocked for coffee & tea in the a.m. The views were a bonus too. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay! Ricky was an outstanding host and an excellent communicator from the moment we booked. He made check-in simple and stress-free, and every question we had was answered quickly.The location was perfect for our trip to the World Cup. If you’re looking for something beyond the typical tourist areas, this is a fantastic choice. Highland Park and nearby Eagle Rock have so much character, and Figueroa is filled with great restaurants and taquerias. The neighborhood has changed dramatically over the past 30 years and has become one of the coolest spots in Los Angeles.We were only in town briefly, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the beautiful pool and deck, but both looked amazing and offered great views.Thank you again, Ricky, for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

Very pleasant stay!

I stayed here for a weekend trip for 3 nights. It was a very nice place to stay. Mostly quiet with nice views. Would recommend!
