A dedicated workspace with desk and ergonomic chair has everything you need.

The lower level features the second bedroom with a full-size bed and a private bathroom, along with a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Complete with a second living room and an additional TV, the lower level is designed for comfort.

1. No Smoking
We want to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere for all our guests. As such, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the house.

2. Number of Guests
Please ensure the total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone!

3. Dishes
Please load the dishwasher and start it before you depart.

4. Garbage
Before your departure, please ensure that all garbage or waste, including outdoor areas and any dog waste, is gathered and properly disposed of.
*If your check-out day falls on a Thursday, please wheel the bin out to the curbside, as garbage collection takes place every other Friday.
