Stunning Oceanfront Views! This elevated home in the wonderful, private Beachside community offers a community pool, tennis and private beach access. There are incredible views from the spacious renovated deck, living room with vaulted ceilings, and two bedrooms with direct deck access. Other features include: Wonderful backyard for the kids, Wood floors in living room and dining room, and carpet in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout the house. Adjacent to beach access. Shopping, dining and nightlife are nearby. WiFi included. Gas Grill. Linens Included. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Upgraded kitchens and baths No Smoking. No Pets

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Beautiful Beach and fantastic location

The house was perfect for our family stay. The beach was just steps away and so we’re all the island activities. I can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Home with Outstanding Ocean Views

We stayed for a month, and it was so relaxing and was a wonderful way to recharge and refresh our lives. The sea air and amazing views combined with this perfectly outfitted home made this a trip to remember. We will be back again next year!

A relaxing break from landlocked Atlanta!

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful. We are from Washington state so we knew nothing about the area. I wish there had been some menus for local places or some info on what to do in the area. Also we had to buy everything, there were no beach towels or chairs. Not even one or two pods for laundry. We had to go to the store right away after a long travel day. We were only there a few days so we didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a bunch of stuff.

The fireworks on July 4th were fantastic. Our only disappointment was that a previous guest had left the gas grill in terrible condition. But overall, we enjoyed the house.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On arrival we were in awe of the amazing view that could be seen almost everywhere in the house. The home is clean and well-furnished with direct access to a very well-maintained path to the beach. We made great use of the outdoor shower and the ample seating both indoor and outdoor. The washer and dryer capacity were perfect for our family and the bedrooms very comfy and quiet. We even fit in a couple games of tennis during our stay in the community court and really loved that extra feature!

My adult children enjoy the beach and I enjoy sitting in the decks taking in the scenery. I did not reserve the house for next year just yet because I am not certain that my health will let me visit in 2024. Awesome property and fantastic realty company!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeded our expectations. The rooms are bigger than the on-line pictures look. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic beach access. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The house and decks provide beautiful ocean views. Island Realty was very quick to respond (within an hour) when we found that the propane tank for the gas grill need to be replaced. The whole family had a wonderful vacation!

The views are spectacular and easy access to the beach. So so so relaxing and easy walking/biking distance to Harris Teeter and Simmons fish market. We walked to the Long Island Cafe and had a fabulous dinner. Grandkids loved the soft serve next door at the co-op!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the view was fantastic. The property could use some updating. It was a bit dirty when we arrived. The upstairs bedroom had a door that went out onto a porch was stuck closed. We called the maintenance dept and was told that it would be fixed that day. It was not, we had to call again and the following day they arrived. However once they unstuck the door, it would not now stay closed. As a result during a normal SC thunderstorm the door blew open (while we were out) and the bedroom carpet and bed was soaked. This lead to a very damp and musty environment upstairs and our clothes also became musty and damp. We called maintenance again and they came back and closed the door so it could not open. As a result we had to change our sleeping arrangements and we could not use the upstairs bedroom.

Our July, 2021 beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic view. Close to beach. Nice accommodations. Siding is coming off the the side of the house that faces the beach path. Multiple electrical outlets did not work and probably should be checked by an electrician.
