OCEANFRONT elevated beach home with ocean views and a gorgeously landscaped yard that is fenced-in and has a private beach access. Dog now considered for nonrefundable $250 fee per dog (*2 max, Fenced yard not responsible for unattended dogs). Guests can enjoy the large 55" flat-screen cable TV in the Living Room, open living/dining/kitchen space, and WiFi access. This home also features stainless steel appliances, large decks facing the ocean, a screened porch, outdoor shower, gas grill, and flat-screen cable TV in the master bedroom!

Ocean views available from the living room, dining room and two of the bedrooms. Private boardwalk leading to beach dunes. 2,956 sq ft. Linens are included. No Smoking.

**New for 2025 Rental Season: Jack and Jill Bath shared with Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 has been updated, Now featuring a walk in shower (no tub).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this rental during the month of October for several years in the past. The house was sold and the new owners were no longer pet friendly. Glad to see it is pet friendly again. This was the favorite house that we stayed in.

Great beach view and private access. The house was great for our family, grandkids, and dog. Fenced in yard to secure for the dog and kitchen was great and all the necessary items needed.

The house was well furnished and the view from the deck was fantastic. Having such a large fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week here, the house was in a wonderful location, clean and well setup with amazing views of the beach. The beach was quiet while we were there and the walk down there wasn’t far at all. There were a few things that were disappointing about the house. It had a very strong smoke odor when we arrived, when I contacted Island Realty they brought a small air purifier and replaced the a/c filters which I appreciated, the smell was still strong throughout the week we were there. The WiFi was very flaky, but we didn’t need it much. We come to Charleston twice a year and have used Island Realty multiple times. This is the first rental I have been disappointed with would not return to again.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very disappointing stay. I knew we were in trouble when I read a guest review from just prior to our check-in reporting the house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They weren't lying! This deterred us from enjoying the home, in spite of its stellar location. Additionally, the home was not well cleaned- there was sand in the couch creases and on top of the bedding, dusty doors, sticky surfaces in the kitchen. The furniture is worn out and generally dirty (leather peeling off the sofa), closet doors with many large scuff marks, moldy shower, peeling paint off the back deck, broken AC vent cover in the dinind room, and many large spots of mold and mildew on the ceiling of the open storage area underneath the house. Sadly, we felt misled especially regarding the cigarette smoke issue and the house is overpriced given so many maintenance issues.

Wonderful Vacation

The view was spectacular! The only downside was the dog poop in the backyard. Before we could enjoy being outside, we had to pick up a lot of dog poop. I will never understand why pet owners don’t clean up after their dogs.

The beautiful open layout, the furniture, the kitchen and laundry room amenities, the great deck, the well built boardwalk, the gorgeous fenced-in yard, the cleanliness of the whole house, THE VIEW of the ocean, etc. One of the best places on the beach - this beloved Beach House.

Fantastic Stay in a perfect house

The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to play. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I am use to salt and pepper being stocked, so had to make trip to store. Booking was easy and everything was clean and working perfectly when we arrived. We hope to return again to this beautiful property.

Amazing house for a family vacation

We usually vacation in the Lowcountry every summer and have stayed at various properties. This takes the cake. We decided to vacation with our 2 dogs this summer and found this house because of it was extremely dog friendly. It really was. Even without dogs, we would have loved this property. The icing on the cake was the huge fenced in back yard. Our dogs loved this and we loved them having a safe place to go outside. House came equipped with absolutely everything you could nee as far as supplies and amenities. I loved that there was no carpet because that’s a plus if you have dogs.

Heaven on earth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 3204 Palm Blvd for the first time, and fully expect to return! The home was well located, private, quiet, clean, airy, modern, cool, light-filled and spacious. The home was more beautiful than the on line photos indicated. The kitchen was phenomenal and fully equipped with everything imaginable. The only down side was the dining room table was not especially comfortable for "long sits" -we are card/game players and while it was OK for dinner, long Monopoly games were uncomfortable. The management company was organized and responsive. Truly a wonderful vacation! Thanks to the owners for making such an inviting experience.
