If you are looking for a nice place to relax, hang out with your friends and family, then this is the perfect place for you. Any music played in the pool area needs to be set to a reasonable volume. Music should also be set to a reasonable volume during the day, as well as evening.

We ask that guests enjoy music at a reasonable volume, especially in outdoor areas like the pool. Please be mindful of the neighbors, and no music after 9 PM Sunday-Thursday, and 10 PM Friday-Saturday, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Occasionally, the pool company will be in the pool area behind the house; they usually come once per week, and their schedule varies. They will not enter the house when they arrive.

Please ask about boat rental. There is access to a canal. Do not enter the boat area without permission or unless you are renting a boat.

Please note, the housekeeper may leave laundry in the dryer to prepare for early check-ins. If you need to use the dryer, just set any clean laundry aside, and feel free to use the fresh towels and linens provided for you

If you’re able, we’d appreciate your help with taking the trash cans to the street on trash days.

Please do not mix towels and linens between the main house and boathouse. Please put the beach towels, regular towels, and linens back in the house they were at check-in.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, 1 extra trash bag inside of all the 8 trashcans we have in the listing, 4 dishwasher pods under the sink, and enough laundry detergent to load the towels and sheets when checking out. If you have a larger group, stay a while, or just use a lot of these items in general for personal use, you may pick up more at the local groceries.

We have a charcoal grill. Kindly bring your own lighter fluid and charcoal to use.

The treadmill is currently unavailable as we are still working to have it repaired.

The property is equipped with a water heating system. Please be aware that during the winter months, after extremely cold nights, the water heater may not be able to raise the water to an ideal temperature. Typically, the water heating system will increase the water temperature by up to 20°F above the nightly low. Therefore, as long as the nighttime temperature doesn't drop below the 50s (°F), the pool is likely to be comfortable the following day. Fortunately, in Florida, temperatures rarely drop below 60°F.

Please note that when reporting maintenance issues, it's important to be responsive and cooperative to help resolve the matter quickly, especially if access to the house is required for repairs.

Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the property to assist with its maintenance and upkeep. In rare instances, we may kindly ask you to bring a package inside for safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the home remains in great condition.

Treadmill, bicycle in the garage is currently not operational.
