The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you can think of, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and a washer and dryer to make it easy to stay on top of laundry. The private beach is just steps away! With no busy roads to cross it's just a short stroll to the shore where you can spend your days soaking up the sunshine. Relax by the pool with plenty of lounging space, a grilling area, and path to the beach with rinsing station. This rental is in a great location in the heart of Destin! Walking distance away from your favorite restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen had all we needed to make a nice family dinner. Check in and out was nice and simple. We had a nice stay.

Family Vacation in July 2024

We love the location at St. Martin Beachwalk Villas and usually choose condos in the property for the location, convenience, and proximity. The beach and beach service in particular are wonderful. The layout/floor plan of the 3 bedroom condos is very convenient for families, yet still maintaining some privacy. The unit was clean, ready on time, and functional for our purposes. That being said, this unit could use some minor repairs and updates.

Comfy Condo & Beach Fun

A very nice condo near the beach and close to everything else in Destin. No complaints, I do recommend bringing a extra blanket to cover the windows when visiting. It gets very bright in the bedrooms in the morning time.

Overall stay was good, beach access was not a short walk.. was a long walk for elder parents. But over all stay was nice well maintain property.

Weekend getaway

When booking the condo everything went wonderful. They called to confirm my check-in the day before. While on the phone confirming my check-in I received another email to pay $20 per vehicle. I asked the lady on the phone about the $20. She confirmed I needed to pay it for a parking pass. This was not listed on VRBO. I was hesitant on paying the $20 but went ahead and paid it. I never received a parking pass from the company. I understand it's only $20 per vehicle but this should be included in the description. That's an extra $40 on top of everything else.

We were very happy with our stay. Location was good and just a short walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfy. Only thing was we did run out of the basic necessities that were provided. For 6 people staying there we were only provided with 4 coffee kurig cups and was surprised there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Otherwise, great stay!

Excellent Unit!

LOVED OUR STAY! The Unit was wonderful! Cozi. We love that they thought of just about everything. Nice decor. It felt like home. The balcony was closed off from the master but because it was a little chilly it wasn't a big deal. Also, the water shut off suddenly, without notice, for about 5 hours but it was because a water main broke. We understood that it wasn't the owners fault, though. The customer service was always helpful and answering any questions we had and I loved that they responded and reached out to me in multiple ways (text, email, phone calls) because we were always on the go! When we wanted to stay in and rest the unit was so accomodating and comfortable. We also enjoyed that there were TONS of activities for families, restaurants of all kinds, shopping stores and cool new places to discover, even in their off season. Fat Boys was one of our favorites! Overall, 10/10. We definitely recommend. My family is already talking about rebooking. :-)
