Condo was beautiful and comfortable. Exactly as described. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Will definitely add this condo as a place to revisit! Right across the street from beach access. Beautiful view!

The room was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool was great and the room had everything we needed. The host was great with communication and the cleaning service contacted us about medicine left behind. The room was great for us and our extended family.

This third-floor condo was a great fit for our vacation and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony.The property was well-maintained, and management was attentive to housekeeping expectations, helping keep the grounds and accommodations looking nice for all guests. The only minor issue we experienced was that the bathtub drained a bit slowly during showers, which left water standing in the tub, whoch was slick and a little concerning. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time here.

Location was perfect. We usually stay about a mile down 98 and this location was even better. Very quiet building with easy access to a multitude of things. Especially the beach.

Beautiful!

The condo was everything we hoped for with the most beautiful view! It is located at a public beach access in front which made going to the beach a breeze. Our host even provided the perfect weather, amazing!! We can’t wait to come for another stay.

Excellent location and access to the beach. Condo is comfortable and clean. My family has had an amazing vacation staying at this condo and seeing Destin.

Everything you need!

My husband and I decided at the last minute to getaway from the winter weather. This place was perfectly located across from the gorgeous beach. Close to everything you could need. Would go back again!

Amazing location! Great place to stay!

The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. The property was clean, family friendly, and had a great view! It took two minutes to walk from our front door to the shore, which was great! Thank you for the great vacation!

Family friendly accommodation

Spacious bedrooms with fun bunks for kids in hallway. Beautiful 3rd floor view of the beach from inside at the table or sitting outside on the balcony. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach or pool area.

Condo not updated, maybe some new bedroom furniture and couch? The place needs painting, cleaning and decent furniture . Two kitchen chairs look as if they were chewed up by a dog? Patio chairs are splitting in the seat and not usable. Dishwasher on its last wash. Nice location and ocean view, for now. Construction happening across the street that will hinder the view. Very disappointing.

Dear Bonnie, I am very sorry the condo did not meet your expectations. Thank you for letting me know about your concerns. We strive very hard to make it enjoyable for all guests. The couch, love seat and bedroom furniture was just replaced last year. The construction is only a one story gazebo for the public beach. Therefore, it will not hinder any ocean views. Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay! Walk to the beach was short. Stairs were worth the view of the ocean. Could use some new pillows.

Fabulous weekend

This condo is fabulous. So clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated - 2 king beds/2 baths. Perfect for two couples and bunk beds if there are children also. Nice dishes and cookware - I will definitely save as a favorite.

Perfect!

The condo was great for a family getaway! The two younger boys loved the bunk beds, there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Seriously, a perfect place to stay. Any correspondence with the owner was answered quickly. We will definitely return!

Can't predict the weather

The location is great! Everything was great.....except the weather. We enjoyed one nice day before record lows set in. We ended up going south to Fort Lauderdale, but no fault of the host.

Great Location!

The unit was in a great location. The walk across the street to the beach was very convenient and easy to access. The pool was perfect too. My only complaint is that the unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Lots of stuff to walk up three flights of stairs. Overall we would definitely stay again. Great unit.

Michael was super responsive and helpful. Good location as the area is less commercial with nice wide sidewalks with anything you want within a short drive. Couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the beach. Keep in mind, no elevator so you need to be able to take stairs to the third floor. Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem

I debated about writing a great review because then the secret will be out. Michael is a great owner to work with. This condo was great for our family of five. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was an added bonus to some of our trips to Florida. Not all units in this condo have 2 bedrooms. The walk to the beach was just right across the street. The grandkids loved the pool area. We will definitely be back for sure.

Beautiful & Comfy

Great Location! Condo has all the small amenities that make vacationing a little less stressful ( few days worth of toiletries, 1 load worth of detergent & softener sheets, make-up mirror, beach gear ) . Condo was immaculate & decor was super cool. The building itself is a bit dated. There is no elevator, so taking luggage up 3 flights was a bit difficult, but doable. Michael gave information early and was very accessible, if needed.
