This nonsmoking, pet free, two bedroom two bath condo is the perfect place for all beach lovers and sun seekers. We have furnished this condo with you in mind. The condo is freshly painted and has new tile in the entry way and kitchen, new carpet in living rooms and bedrooms and high end new furniture. There are flat screen HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and modern. The living and dining rooms have floor to ceiling windows to maximize viewing. Our furniture is comfy and colorful. The master bedroom has a king, the guest room has two double beds, and there is a pull out sofa sleeper couch.We also have Pack N Play for the little ones. The kitchen is completely furnished.The two bathrooms have granite counter tops and new tile floors. We have WIFI, movies for rainy days and even a lending library for all you readers out there. There are also tons of games for all ages. Our laundry facility is just outside our front door. We have beautiful tennis and pickleball courts and a beach volley ball area. Located near the pool and club house are grills, and a preparations area and a table for relaxing while you make all those yummy burgers and fresh seafood. While we don’t have an ocean view, we are 200 steps to the sand. We have a private gate with stairs leading to the beach. If there is something special that you need, just let us know and we will try to make it happen.
