Cozy Family-Friendly Boho Home in Joplin - Central Location!

Welcome to the Friendly Finley Cottage! We call this home Friendly Finley because it is here to provide you with a friendly, clean home away from home. This family-friendly home is centrally located in Joplin with close access to major highways, hospitals, local universities/colleges, shopping, restaurants, and downtown.

THE SPACE

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is complete with all utilities, Wi-Fi, baby items (such as a pack n play and highchair), and more.

The bedrooms have clean linens, additional throw blankets, smart tv's, and luggage racks for your convenience. Each bathroom has fresh, white towels and toiletry items. The living room is a perfect space to watch movies, play games, and relax on the sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the everyday kitchen items and utensils you would need, and you can enjoy a meal in the designated dining area! There is a laundry room that includes a washer, dryer, and iron, as well additional cleaning supplies.

There is a nice deck to enjoy in the fully-fenced backyard. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, or street.

The Friendly Finley Cottage is a great house for families, individuals, or if you're just passing through town. No pets or smoking allowed on the property.

A great place for our family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out. And having 2 full bathrooms is a huge plus! We would stay here again.

Deck unsafe

The yard in front and especially the backyard was unsafe.We chose this house because of the play set. It was Grandson’s 4th birthday and requested a swing set. Back deck full of stick on both set of steps. 0ne year old grandson had stick caught in his shoe when walking down the steps. No ice maker,Washer has to be for people 6 feet tall. Smoke alarm was going off when we came back from Dance recital and Dinner. Smell of oil or burning rubber in the air outside. Thank God I had extra batteries. Swingset old and falling apart. We come to Joplin at least 2X a year. We plan never to use this house again just a moneymaking for the owner. They need to paint baseboards and have some ice. They need to up their hospitality.

Wedding Stay

We were in town for a wedding and this place as perfect for us. Couple minor issues but the host was so pleasant and accommodating. The lawn was mowed kinda early in the morning on our check out day (probably should wait until guests leave). I would recommend this place for your stay.

Very nice

Came to town for a funeral. This house was clean and they provided quiet a bit. Check in process was easy. Beds were comfy. Will definitly stay here again

Home away from home

Very nice, comfy and cozy home. There were 7 of us and it was nice having two bathrooms. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

Exactly what we needed!

This property was perfect for our family. We were just passing through for the night and want to relax and be in our own space. The house is super cute and comfy. We really enjoyed our time there.

Family friendly

Nice quiet neighborhood. Older home that could use a little work but seemed clean and updated. Kitchen is well stocked. Very easy to check in and out. Grandson loved the swing set in the back yard. Would definitely stay again when in Joplin with family.

Older remodeled home in a established neighborhood. Quiet area with easy access to main roads. Streaming TV service and great wifi. Very clean and very well stocked with cookware, dishes and pantry supplies compared to most VRBOs we have stayed in. Only unusual thing was the 2 twin beds were very low to the floor.

Sparkling clean

Perfect Getaway

Great place!

Good little house for us to stay while at a conference. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but the owner quickly helped us get back in. Everything was awesome!

Lovely house
