Charming mountain home in desirable central location! Great for families & groups. Close to everything Big Bear has to offer including the lake, ski slopes, restaurants and shopping.
The space
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, and a bonus den with sofa bed! Large family living room with a beautiful rock fireplace. Lots of wood accents throughout for that cozy cabin feel. Plenty of room and a great layout! Tv’s in every room. Large storage shed for all of your sports equipment. Fantastic sunset views from the front deck!

Driveway on both sides of home with RV parking. Owner keeps suv parked on left side.

The city of Big Bear requires a face-to-face check in with a local agent. The ID and credit card that were used to make the reservation must be present.

Street parking is not permitted.

Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.

This property has security cameras on the outside of the house that will not be on during your stay. Please do not touch or tamper with any of the cameras at the property.

We do not refund due to weather or road conditions or any of acts of nature. Please be sure to check road conditions and always carry chains in the winter months.

Up to two dogs are allowed (no cats) for an extra $50 fee. All dogs must be disclosed prior to making the reservation or you will be charged an extra $250 for any unauthorized pets.

Check out is at 11am. Due to a busy season and commonly being booked back to back, there is no late check outs. Starting at $50 fee if you stay over.
