Fully furnished apartment including linens, towels & fully equipped kitchen in a wooded park-like setting. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as all of our on-site amenities. ​ Enjoy sitting on your private balcony, work out in the fitness center or go for a dip in our salt water pool then relax at the gas firepits. Minutes from Electric Boat, CT College, Coast Guard, Mitchell College. Dog allowed.
The space
Lovely fully furnished 1,252 square foot, 2nd floor, 2BR/2BA apartment with living room, kitchen with island seating, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and patio. Linens, towels, kitchen equipment provided. Featuring a washer/dryer, stainless appliances, granite countertops. Amenities to include, salt water pool, with resort style deck, outdoor kitchen, firepits, clubhouse with fitness center and game room, pickleball courts and dog parks.

Guest will have access to all amenities.
Across the parking lot from the building, we are under construction on 6 more budlings!

We had a great stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near the beach and shops. The host had excellent communication and was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, clean and spacious. Host was attentive when we needed things. Only thing to mention is there isn't an elevator (at least none that we could find) so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. I probably missed this in the property description.

Everything was how it was explained. Was even able to get a hold of the host on the 4th of July. Place was perfect and I loved that it was pet friendly for a cat. Since I have a support animal made our vacation perfect. Thank you to the wonderful host. We just wish there were take out menus for places around.

The apartment was very nice. We did run out of hot water for the 3rd shower and we needed wash clothes, but everything else was great. Very clean unit and great location. I would return to this unit on our next visit to Groton.

Great stay.

The apartment was very clean and stocked with what we needed. Having the fitneas center was a nice perk too. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice, bright and clean. There were no washcloths, so we purchased a few to use. The hot water tank was too small for more than two people to shower. Anyone else showering would have to wait for the water to heat up again or take a cold shower. Overall a great place.

Another really good stay. It is very consistent. The pool is cleaned this time and construction on site did not affect the the quality of the stay.

The unit is very clean and well supplied. Easy to use kitchen appliances, with gas range. Bedding and towels were nice. It is a quiet unit, with only a few noise issues over our week long stay: a dog barking one morning and the snow plow was loud. We loved the gym access and general location to many local cities.

Very comfortable and clean, no complaints at all! Used the saltwater pool and it was beautiful. Comfortable Beds! Good communication with host.

This property is brand new, very clean and organized. This is a great place to stay for anyone with environmental sensitivities. We stayed for 4 nights without any issue. Tourist attractions, including a nice, well-kept beach, are all a short drive away. Our hostess was responsive to our questions, and the property manager answered our phone call directly. We would stay here again in the future.
