Great place to stay for a fishing trip!

We had a great time this week! The house at K’s hotel was the perfect place for a group of friends to spend a week fishing on the St. Lawrence River! We will definitely be back!

Great location to Clayton and area parks and attractions. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Comfortable beds and a very clean attractive space. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the river from the Adirondack chairs in the yard!

Our stay was great. The only setback was 9 people had to use 1 bathroom. Other than that was wonderful.

1000 Islands getaway

Loved the setting and location minutes away from Clayton waterfront. You could see the St. Lawrence river from the front window. Watch the freighters and sunset. The house was clean, beds comfortable and checkout was easy. Host were very responsive.

Boys trip!

For Christmas my kids asked to go ice fishing up at the river, and i spent hours looking for the perfect place. Booking with you guys was great they had more then enough space, and the location was perfect. Lots of memories were made! The responsiveness of the host was quick, informative, and friendly. Thanks again for a great first boys weekend!

Clayton Is Worth Visiting!

I met my three adult children and one grandchild here to experience the solar eclipse together. It could not have gone better. Clayton is a charming little town on the St. Lawrence River. This house has a lovely view of the river and it is easy to walk into town from it's location. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, the mattresses were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and it was very clean and quiet,

St. Lawerence November Fishing Trip

We decided to plan a last-minute fishing trip to the St. Lawrence River in November and thought launching from the Clayton area would be perfect. I reached out to Allison at K’s Motel, and from the start, her quick responses and attention to detail impressed us! She even sent aerial photos of the boat launch to make everything easy. No matter what we asked, Allison was happy to help and made us feel so welcome. The motel was super clean, check-in was a breeze, and it’s just a block from the public boat launch. If you’re after great accommodations, a friendly host, and fantastic fishing, definitely check out K’s Motel!

The property was adequate. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. During our stay several individuals came to our door and one actually walked in, all thinking we were the rental office. Signs outside the door would be helpful indicating the house is rental property and not the rental office. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and unusable. The step between the kitchen and bedrooms was a tripping hazard and the opening leading to the dark dank basement was unsightly and unsafe. The space was satisfactory for the most part but overpriced for what you're getting.

Large yard for the dogs. Allison was great to deal with. House is well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. The house is aged but still very nice.
