Custom Home with custom furnishings, beach chic decor and new pool. Located just steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean (750 ft) and a beach access to park your bike, car or golf cart. Located at 1523 Marianne St. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is perfect for your beach vacation. Professional designed and decorated with a coastal flair. Plenty of amenities. Relax on the spacious screen porch accessible from the living area or master bedroom. The screen porch overlooks a large backyard, pool and fire pit. Plenty of space underneath house for outdoor activities, boat and golf cart storage. Enjoy an afternoon shower in the fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Edisto Beach is the perfect location for your next vacation. Less than 45 minutes from Historic Charleston, SC it is the perfect island getaway. Bring a boat and explore the Intercoastal Waterway or your set of clubs to play the Plantation Course.

Please don’t hesitate to email owners with any questions that you might have about this property.

Sunday to Sunday rental schedule during the summer months, otherwise partial week rentals are available.

Towels and sheet sets are currently not being provided. S&J Linen Service (843-452-6741) can provide a linen service if you would prefer to not bring your own. We have found that most parties wish to use their own linens.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests who may struggle with allergies, we unfortunately do not accept pets regardless of size, temperament or age.

Our vacation was wonderful in part due to this beach house. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and so much fun playing in the pool with my 3 year old grandson

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The pool was fantastic, and being just a block from the beach made it so easy to come and go. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the whole weekend felt peaceful and calming. It was the perfect Edisto getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This family vacation was made better by the beautiful home that Ralph provided to us. The pool and downstairs lounge area were fantastic in the evenings to hang out after our long days at the beach. All the beds were comfortable, and every room was beautifully made up. Ralph was available if we had any questions or concerns plus quick with communication. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Edisto. This home was definitely made to make memories.

Great Edisto rental. Super clean and well stocked newer house with a great pool. We enjoyed the screened in and well furnished porch as well as underneath the house sitting area. Communication with the owner was easy, timely and proactive. Highly Recommend.

Immaculate home! Beautifully decorated, has EVERYTHING you need for the perfect beach week. The private pool made our stay so much more enjoyable. It’s just a short distance to Beach Access 16. The host was so caring & replied quickly to any correspondence I had. This was the BEST home we’ve ever stayed at in our 22 years of visiting Edisto.

We loved everything about Seabatical!! The beach was just a short walk, the house was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We loved the screened in porch and the pool was lovely as well! We enjoying our daily walk to the shops and coffee shop of about 1.7 miles. The owner was very nice and made our stay very pleasant. We well definitely be coming back!!

Second summer staying at this lovely house and already rebooked for next year. Super clean, great back porch and the pool is a must have to relax in the afternoon and evening after a day at the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Seabattical again. This time was the first beach trip for our grandbabies and this house was perfect proximity to the beach and a bonus having the pool. Fully stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated with just what you will need for a comfortable relaxing stay.

This is a nice place with a large common room, a large screen porch, and a wonderful pool. It’s one long block to the beach, which was not a problem for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable.

This is a prime property with everything you could need or want. Host was super-fast with communication, which wasn't about the property, he was a tour guide of the area and was more than willing to answer questions. We loved the pool and the screened porch a lot. The location of is central to so much... restaurants, grocery store, hiking, wildlife viewing and beaches. Thank you Ralph for being an A host! This was the cleanest home we've rented over the years. (We are age 70 and 50, so that means we have travel tons).

Birthday Vacation

We went to celebrate a Birthday, the Weather was great, The House was great as well. The Beach was about a 5 minute walk. This was a very relaxing trip. We would visit again.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seabatical. The home was clean, spacious, and the owner was very friendly/responsive. We loved the pool and ended up spending more time in it than at the beach.

Perfect House and Pool, Close to the Beach

This house is nice, new, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. The pool was our favorite part!
