The Stellar House offers a unique lodging experience high in Colorado's San Juan mountains. The Stellar House was originally constructed in 1903 and renovated in 2009.

Accommodations include a full kitchen, luxury bedding, stunning views of Kendall mountain, original artwork by Louis Martinelli, cruiser bicycles, and an outdoor patio with a gas fire pit.

Fenced yard and patio are shared with our sister property, the Stellar Cottage, VRBO# 1389447. Rent both units for the ultimate in vacation luxury. Perfect for two families or couples traveling together.

Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and museum, hop on one of the provided bicycles to tour historic Silverton, and enjoy the accessibility of breath-taking hikes. Skiers, hikers, Jeepers, and locals alike regard the Stellar House as the ideal summer or winter getaway!

Amazing. We enjoyed every minute. Perfect location. Clean, had everything we needed. I can’t wait to stay again. Every thing was well thought out. Home had everything we need for a 5 day stay.

Great location and amenities

We loved staying at the Stellar House. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and snowmobiling from town. The amenities provided (bagels, eggs, etc) made the visit that much better. We plan stay again later this year with our dogs.

Nice place near everything

The place was clean and quiet. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. Check in and were very easy. I would stay there again.

An extremely comfortable and charming cottage in downtown Silverton- lots of adventure within walking distance! We felt very welcomed and look forward to our next visit!

This is our second stay at Stellar House. It is extremely comfortable and cozy. We also had family staying at the cottage which made it a fun and special experience. Proximity to outdoor activities and shops and restaurants is a plus. Can’t say enough about this great rental!

Happy dog

Great spot for two with our dog, house had everything we needed and a yard! All three of us were comfortable during our visit. Great location to walk into town and access to beautiful hiking in every direction.

Nice cozy and comfortable stay

We had a very comfortable and cozy stay here. Very clean and nicely furnished little home. Conveniently located one street off Greene St and the shops. Bed was very comfortable after each day of skiing at Silverton Mtn. Would gladly stay here again.

perfect location

First time visitors to Colorado and we wanted to go to many different cities..this property is in the middle of it all! Super cute and Silverton is a fantastic place to visit. Loved it!

I’m a returning guest. I’ve always enjoyed my stays. You can’t beat the location and the house has everything you could need. Bed is very comfortable. You’ll enjoy staying here.

We knew immediately the detached garage would make the perfect catering kitchen and the historic cottage in front is the ultimate vacation house.
