The house was clean and very comfortable. With a multi-day stay it’s a little difficult to not have a kitchen sink, but was satisfactory with the availability of microwave, full fridge/freezer and utensils supplied. Very cute property, easy communication with host, parking was easy.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as listed, very clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. Sarah was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the amazing water pressure in the bathroom! It’s also conveniently located close to Liberty University, and having our own parking was a big plus. One thing to keep in mind is that this space is attached to the main house, and the guests staying in the second bedroom need to pass through the primary bedroom to access the bathroom.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! Sarah was an excellent host. The home was clean & easy to find. The coffee & creamer was a great benefit to our family. We enjoyed having the comfortable living room & large dining table for visiting and working the provided puzzles. We could have used more chilled water in the refrigerator in the kitchenette, as the tap water from the bathroom wasn't super-fun to drink.

Great place to stay

My husband, daughter, and I came to Lynchburg for Randolph’s college day and we wanted a little more space than a hotel can offer. This place was perfect. Separate bedrooms. Great comfy living room to unwind with our anxious teen. Sarah was flexible and easy to communicate with. Quite neighborhood and super clean.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed that part. We did not know that we would have my mom walking through our bedroom to get to the bathroom. That was uncomfortable for my husband and all of us. The outside light comes on when it senses you but it goes off very quickly.

Just what we needed at a unbeatable price

This was an excellent option for our needs: queen for my wife and I, plus 2 twins for adult and teen kids. We couldn't find that cheaper. I wish I had caught in the description there was no sink in the kitchenette, but it wasn't too much of an issue. Quiet, pretty neighborhood closer to center than I expected.

Excellent Communication/Helpfulness

We came for a weekend to Lynchburg. Sarah has an in-law suite that had everything necessary for comfort. The living space was immaculate and well maintained. Sarah was also gracious enough to send something to me by UPS that I had left behind. She was responsive to any communication sent to her. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Very clean and host is very communicative and accommodating. Looking at the pictures, it appears it’s a stand alone home, but it’s a duplex with a couple of doors to the hosts home. There isn’t a kitchen, but there is a fridge. Staying with family is fantastic, staying with friends is a little uncomfortable due to having to go through the primary room to get to the second room and the bathroom.

The property is beautiful. Iy had its own driveway and entrance. The space was huge, with a super comfy couch! There were two bedrooms amd the main bed was also comfy! The bathroom situation was a little awkward. When you walk into the bedroom area, the bathroom was to the left and the second bedroom was to the right. It would be a really good set up for a family with kids because then everyone is together. We had several adults so it was a little more tricky.Overall, I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again!
