Welcome to The Orchard, the perfect spot for your next Los Angeles vacation. Work or play this home has you covered. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in LA Mar Vista is quiet, residentail & safe. This is a family neoghborhood with lots of beautiful gardens & a great place to go for walks.

Close to both LAX & the beach - with lots of local cafe's, restaurants - everything you need is very nearby.

Live out your best life with our super comfortable tempurpedic King Size bed & steps away is our walk out deck - leading from the primary suite to the deck & just beyond is your own private California orchard. Stocked with fruit trees of several varieties - you are welcome to help yourself to the fruit - and there are gardeners that service the space so expect to find our home well tended to inside & out.

Inside there are 2 bedrooms. The Primary Suite has a Tempur-Pedic King Size bed, en suite bathroom with stand up shower & door our to the deck, backyard & orchard. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed & desk.

There are 2 bathrooms, one attached to the Primary Suite & one in the hallway. The hallway bathroom has a tub & also access to the washer & drier - which is private & free of charge.

The front door leads into an open concept living room with TV, large windows that overlook a manicured front yard / garden / the sidewalk & street. There is a workstation with large desk just off the front entry. There is also a large Armoire for storage.

The kitchen is truly a chef's dream. The owners are entertainers at heart & love to cook. They have all the pots, pans & dishes you will need to cook homemade meals easily. There is even a stocked spice rack for guest use.

The dining area is large & perfect for enjoying home cooked meals or ordering in. This area is known for it's nearby restaurants & is a hot spot in LA cuisine. There are large windows in the dining room overlooking the deck. There are tables & chairs on the deck if outdoor dining is your preference.

Spread out, get comfortable & relax - this home is spacious, open & stocked with everything you may need to make your time in LA great.

Guests have 100% private access to home, front yard, fenced back yard, private orchard & driveway. Garage access is for owner only.
Other things to note
Owners do keep storage onsite & need to access from driveway from time to time. This is always scheduled in advance & only requires guest to park in street from time to time. Thank you for understanding.
