An Absolute Gem in Malibu! We had a wonderful stay at this Malibu apartment and cannot recommend it enough. The location is absolutely fantastic, offering beautiful ocean views that made every morning feel special.The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which we deeply appreciated. On top of that, the host (Larry and his wife} was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Finding a spot in Malibu where the price is right can be tough, but this apartment offered incredible value for the experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

We recently had a fantastic stay at Larry and Nancy's property! We were in town for a wedding in Malibu and the apartment was perfect. The ocean views were amazing from the well-appointed and private patio and the apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Larry was super communicative throughout the booking process and kindly answered a few questions before we arrived. Upon arrival, they were helpful and informative.We would definitely book again if we're ever in town!

Great Malibu accommodations! Two-story building with lower level as the rental unit; owners reside on top. Lower level is fully separated from upstairs with its own entrance. Lovely patio with chairs and tables from which you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Pacific. Hosts Larry & Nancy provided a very useful local's guide to sites, restaurants, and other highlights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. They met us in the driveway to show us where to park and how to get to the apartment. The apartment had amazing views of the ocean!! The little seating/bar area just outside the apartment is perfect to hang out and enjoy the views surrounded by an abundance of plantlife. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and sheets so soft. We'll definitely be back!

spectacular view!

This place exceeded our expectations! We couldn't get enough of the patio looking out on the ocean. It was spotless, the bed was great and the owners were really nice and helpful.

We received a warm welcome from the hosts and immediately felt comfortable. We had a very relaxing time with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean from every room. The rooms were decorated nicely and stocked with board games, snacks, and folder with information about the nearby area. The patio outside was full of beautiful manicured plants, and patio furniture. We really appreciated the king size bed and comfy pillows. Very extra special place.

Dream Malibu Getaway!

This place was so dreamy and peaceful. Just minutes away from beautiful beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the patio. Clean, comfortable bed and everything you need. Wonderful hosts! Perfect stay!

Wonderful stay/Amazing ocean view!

I stayed with my parents before traveling to Santa Barbara last weekend. Larry and Nancy provided a cozy stay for us. They're beautiful home offers full amenities and a stunning view perched atop the Malibu hillside. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Malibu.

Beautiful view and. very comfortable

Larry was a great host and we loved the house. Our daughter stayed on the pullout in the living room and we had privacy in the bedroom. Amazing views from every room!

Marvelous Malibu

A much enjoyed, stay. Marvelous vistas. Beautiful sunsets. Stunning starry nights. The backyard orchard a sweet surprise.

Malibu apartment

We were very impressed with our stay here. The view of the Pacific Ocean and close proximity to everything in Malibu places this on the top of our list. We will definitely return here in the future. Also, the get acquainted binder was very helpful to reference regarding the apartment, restaurants in the area, and other attractions.

Peaceful

Many thanks to Larry and Nancy for creating a great place to spend our holidays. Our expectations were exceeded by the cleanliness and peaceful setting. They have a high attention to detail, as the apartment was very well equipped. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Wonderful Malibu Experience!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful VRBO property. Larry and Nancy were such gracious hosts. Everything was as described, which is important when booking online. Can't rate this high enough!

Larry and his wife were kind and attentive, but not intrusive. The spaces were as described, but better. The guidebook is so full of great info and insiders information. We can't wait to go back!

Relaxing and beautiful place

I loved my stay at Larry’s place. It’s a great location close to the beach and hiking areas. Larry and his wife are welcoming and hospitable. I stayed by myself this time but would love come back with family because I think it has all the right amenities for adult to children to enjoy, especially the garden in the back yard if you just want to relax with family. Thank you for sharing your home Larry!
