Cute cottage, great location

I would highly recommend staying here. A cute cottage in a great location. Close to the Sanford Riverwalk, many restaurants and a nice Farmers Market. Property Managers answered all our questions promptly.

Wonderful

The property was clean, comfortable, and well set up, and the property owners were wonderful an thoughtful. We loved our stay and hope to stay again for future visits.

Weekend away

My family and I stayed for the weekend. It was one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, cozy, and peaceful. They even accommodated our huge boat trailer and 2 other vehicles. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay

The house was very clean and well equipped. We had all we needed as far as cooking equipment, plates and other kitchen needs. The bed was comfortable and clean.

New to town

My husband and I are new to Sanford and stayed here before looking for a permanent residence. It is a great location and very nicely decorated. The porch is perfect to have appetizers or dinner on in the evening.

This was the perfect spot for us to travel to Boombah Sports Complex— it's about a 10 minute trip to the fields. Kate and Jordan were great hosts that always responded immediately to any question we had. Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening.

Perfect Location

We stayed here during my grandson’s baseball tournament and it was a perfect location. We were right where we wanted to be! The place was clean and the hosts were amazing at communicating and answered any questions we had immediately. If we are ever in the area again, we hope this is available. Thank you!

Quiet little secret!

Perfect place for a small family visiting for weekend. Check-in was easy and home was beautiful. Only concern was that there was not enough linen for a family of 3. Owners could have made sure linen was provided for the headcount provided. Still perfect 10! Big TV’s in bedroom and living room.

Peaceful Retreat

This place provided a peaceful retreat. I cane down for Bikers Week, and wanted to stay outside of main areas. The apartment was appointed with all the necessary essentials. The only missing item for me was blinds in the bedroom. Curtains were in place, however you had to pull them to close them. Would have preferred to have blinds with curtains since this was a single family home. The only other comment has to do with the smell of the bathe towels, I brought my own face towel, the house towels smelled musty. Maybe a stronger detergent should be used. The overall stay was peaceful.

Thanks for the wonderful review and feedback Billie! I’m hoping the curtains vs. blinds setup wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Regarding the towels, we believe that this may have been due to them not being dried throughly rather than the type of detergent being used. We’ll certainly follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Nice cottage feel—Great front porch

Overall impression and comfort very good. Welcomed offered amenities, but would have appreciated facial tissues in bath and paper towels in kitchen. Did not see on listing that coffee maker used ground vs. K cup products—no coffee provided (which I have found to be offered at other units nearby. Had to wash some eating/cooking utensils before using. One light fixture malfunctioning and so could not utilize. Reported this via Vrbo messaging but not acknowledged or addressed during stay. Could do with a bit more furnishings, but enjoyed button lock entry and large screen TV’s
