Great location and clean house. Easy to get to anywhere in Annapolis. I would highly recommend the property.I believe the price was higher due to all that was going on this weekend!

Terrific rental home for doing a lot of walking around downtown Annapolis/U.S. Naval Academy. Very charming home with a warm and cozy, yet spacious feel. (Note: limited parking on a one way street, but with a parking garage around the corner). Was perfect for our stay; highly recommended!

Donald, being able to leave the car behind and walk to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy is exactly what makes this location work, and you're right that the garage around the corner helps with parking. The warm, roomy feel is a good reason to come back.

Fantastic location a block away from Main Street - easy access to everything (restaurants, shopping, Naval Academy, Starbucks, CVS)! Super cute place with comfortable rooms, dining, and living room. The host was excellent at communicating with us and responded quickly to my messages! They allowed us to check in a little early and check out late. Such a smooth and enjoyable stay! Would recommend!

The property was in wonderful condition and had true Annapolis charm! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location could not be beat, it was walking distance to everything! The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions. It was a fantastic stay!

Great Location

Beautiful and clean property. House had off street parking. House was in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

Happy, not crabby

The host could not have been more helpful and was virtually immediately responsive to a couple of questions. The house was clean and bright and everything worked. Only downside is that the stairs to the third floor are a little treacherous at night. Definitely would recommend and I expect that we will stay there again.

Our family of 5 and my parents stayed in this house. There was plenty of space. The home has the perfect mix of upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it still holds a lot of historic charm. We were able to walk everywhere! We were visiting for a Navy football game, as my dad is an alumni and it was easy to get to the academy. If you're bringing a car, be aware that daily parking costs a minimum of 25. Most parking garages offer in/out privileges with a daily rate, and there's a large garage conveniently located directly across the street.

Enjoyed this gorgeous home with 6 of my lifelong girlfriends to celebrate us all turning 55 this year. Crabby Patty was such a beautiful place to enjoy our time together. The house is well-maintained, clean and has a perfect balance of Historic Annapolis charm mixed with the right amount of modern upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and offered us a restful sleep. Another much appreciated detail is the well-stocked kitchen with all the extras (k-cups, creamers, a variety of spices & oils, kitchen trash bags, several extra rolls of paper towels, etc.)The home is perfectly located and close walking distance to everything. No street parking, yet directly across the street is The Hillman Garage. The host, Danielle, was a wonderful communicator and answered any questions I had in a prompt and professional manner. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The Crabby Patty provided a wonderful getaway for two families of three. The historic home is well appointed and super clean. The location can’t be beat. It is steps away from Main Street’s shops and restaurants. All communications were timely as well. Highly recommended.
