Stunning Modern Home in Sunny Location Close to Beaches. Free EV Charger

This home has been recently remodeled and furnished by an interior designer and features 16' sliding doors opening to front and covered back decks for truly indoor/outdoor living and is a serene, relaxing home with a leaning to Asian aesthetics. The primary bedroom, with queen bed, opens to the back deck and the master bath features a large shower with two shower heads. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Not suitable for handicap access due to steep interior stairs. Maximum stay: 4 nights. No children under the age of 5 years. No pets including service animals due to severe allergies. Exterior camera at entrance. Central heating and a fireplace keeps guests warm in cooler months. Sit on the front deck in the morning sun, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the birds in the redwoods! Fans keep you cool in the summer.

Owner, at times, stays in separate downstairs unit that has its own entrance. You will not even know they are there unless there is something you need! Maximum privacy for guests in main house!

Located at end of county road with no access to private community beach. However, many beaches near by including Sunset. Guerneville, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, and Santa Rosa are located near by.

This place was the antidote to the chaos in the world. Thank you for the lovely stay and beautiful outdoor sitting areas. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was nicely appointed.

Basha was a fantastic host who was very communicative and kind. The space is gorgeous and having a front and back deck was such a treat. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was comfortable. Highly recommend for a Russian River getaway!

Beautiful home! the front and back deck are perfect for lounging, the back deck is great to use when the sun is too hot in the front. Loved the showers and the decorations were stunning. don’t even get me started on the bedroom doors cuz WOW. The only cons - the neighborhood is very busy, and not very quiet or relaxing. Loud music playing, kids screaming, golf carts flying up and down the road. Also there’s a beach right down the road, but turns out you have to be a member to use it, which was kind of a bummer.

I’m glad you enjoyed my home! Hmmm, after 15 years in the STR biz, this is the 1st comment about kids happy laughter, golf carts(?) and music at the lodge at night. One can’t hear the music in the house,by the way. Besides all the beaches near by, guests are welcome to discuss beach use with me.

The house was incredibly beautiful and very well appointed. Easy check in and out. Host quick to respond to all questions. This is a gem of a place - we felt we were in a 4 star hotel.

Great stay

We had a great stay! We have family across the street so we’re in and out of the house all day and the location made it perfect. We’ve been going to SHP for 25 years and love it so much, we are thankful to have a wonderful place to stay close to our family!

Relax in the redwoods

Yes, the one set of interior stairs from the entry to the living room are a bit steep. But it's lovely once you have arrived!
