You'll have all the appliances and amenities needed to enjoy a romantic escape, a solo trip, or a fun getaway with a friend. The balcony overlooks the vineyard and offers a perfect spot for morning coffee and views of the fog lifting off the mountains.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a wedding in Guerneville. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and we loved the front deck with the curtains for privacy, as well as the balcony which overlooks a small vineyard. The place is inaccurately listed however as a one bedroom where as it is a small studio. We rented it for a mother/daughter get away and were disappointed to see that it was a studio. We didn’t mind sleeping together, but I wake up early and she sleeps in. Also we booked for 4 nights and only one hand towel 2 wash cloths and 2 towels were provided. Which is ok for one or two nights but not enough for a four day stay. It states to leave the window open during showers although the neighbors can see in through the window. It would be nice to have a curtain or blinds to close. The sun also is very intense in the afternoons in the bathroom.

Very cute property overlooking the vineyard. Guerneville was warm when we visited but the unit stayed cool and we opened up all the windows at night to let the coastal air in. I would stay again!

The property is very cute and well appointed. Thoughtful details throughout the loft. The decor is a bit fragile - two small lamps, for essential lighting, teeter when touched. I didn't appreciate having to request that excessively high 1,500 refundable deposit be returned.

Look into those. And just so you know, I don’t control how much the deposit is nor when you get it returned to you. That seems to be between you & VRBO. All I can do, as owner, is make a claim if there is damage & since I did not, I gather there is a set window of time the company uses to allow for claims & then it gets returned to you. Hope you had a nice stay otherwise!

Beautiful view from the back deck. Covered front deck with comfortable clean patio furniture. Clean studio with nice furnishings and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Standard coffee maker bring grounds not pods like us. Quiet at night with good stargazing.
