The public beach is only a few minutes drive to the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, and patio deck.

House was very clean and kept up well. However, the patio furniture was destroyed to the point if you sat on any chair you would hit the ground. Hand soap ran out in the bathroom on day 2 and not one bathroom started with a full roll of toilet paper. I know the price reflected the lower end furniture but not starting out with proper essentials was a turn off.

Weekend at the beach

Great value for the price. Close to the beach and very clean. The beach cart in the garage was really helpful and a thoughtful addition!

Brand new house!

We only stayed one night in this beautiful property to rest up for our 3-night offshore fishing trip. This place was the perfect proximity to our annual haunts (Florabama, good restaurants, and the Orange Beach Marina). Upon walking into this home, we felt that we could have been the first people to stay here, as it was so pristine, new, and clean. The one and only snafu was that the check-out time was listed as 11am, but by 10:25, cleaners had arrived and were knocking on the door to ask when we would be out. However, they were gracious enough to wait while we finished checking out. Excellent property!

Not as expected

This house is new construction but it’s not what we are accustomed to staying in when we go on vacation. Here are the pros and cons of our experience: Pros: Clean Good communication from manager Easy check in Quiet neighborhood Kitchen adequate Hand soap and basics provided Spacious Cons: Low end furnishings, and sparse furnishings which affects comfort level Shoddy construction and workmanship (one example: pantry doorknob fell off when opening) No hot tub or whirlpool spa as listed Can hear noise from upstairs/ downstairs Don’t count on parking your vehicle in the garage pictured as there is a staircase into the house that blocks it partially (so odd) maybe it’s just for golf cart parking? Small televisions

Thank you for your honest review! The doorknob is fixed now and sometimes we can overlook things after previous guests but thank you for mentioning it. Garage is for golfcart, and it's not mentioned in the property description. Driveway can fit two cars, and there are plenty of parking space in the court. Unfortunately, can't do anything about the noise, it's just the way houses are built now. Also, our rates are way lower in the neighborhood compared to other properties with High end furniture and I assume that's why people reserve.

The house was spotless and clean. Compared to a hotel this is by far a better due to the comfort of being a house. Way more relaxing and spread out. Price is about the same as local hotels. Kitchen was clean. Bathrooms were clean.Only negative item: half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra's. With four people staying here. That goes quick.

It was by all the beach access. 6 miles from orange beach. Outlet mall in Foley about 25-30 miles. Great location. My kids wanted to stay on beach alot and very easy to navigate. Will be staying here next year.

Spacious, clean, and beautiful house that is right by the beach!! Our first time visiting Perdido Key and it’s a beautiful beach and much quieter than others, but also not a far drive to orange beach and pensacola. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. Thanks so much Olesya for our stay!!

Our Host was great! Very prompt with communication. The house was very nice and very clean, and was in a great subdivision. It is not, however, a 10 minute walk to the beach… about 20 to 25 minutes if you want to walk. So, really need to drive, but is a short drive along the main street outside of the neighborhood, and beach access is right at the end of the road. Also, the house is listed as “sleeps 10”. It does not. The maximum capacity of the house is 8, unless you want to sleep 3 in each of the 2 king size beds (probably not). So really need to change that in the listing. Also, there is only a small sofa in the living room, and no other furniture. A couple of added chairs would have been nice, and the patio wicker furniture outside on the deck, has completely disintegrated, so can not sit out there. We enjoyed our stay, and the location is very good. But could only rate 4 stars because of the bed situation, and they need to fix the listing description, because it is not accurate.
