Great affordable find right on the beach. Quaint condo that does have a beach view. Easy parking and only 2 stories, so not a high rise but also no elevator if hauling luggage up 2flghts is an issue. Easy walkway to the beach, but note public beach access is adjacent to the property.

Beautiful condo! Lots of room and clean! The view of the beach is amazing and beach is not overcrowded like some areas. We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy and owners very responsive. It’s in a great, quiet location, and is the cutest condo! It has everything you could possible need for your stay. We had a wonderful time! Definitely would book again.

Great as always!

Our stay was once again great as always! We love coming back to this condo. The owners are great to work with. It’s always very clean and perfect for a family.

This is the one! Don't overthink it and don't overpack. Kathy has everything you need! The place is much larger than it appears on the pictures. The dining/kitchen/living areas are wide open, so we had plenty of space to move about. The bunk beds were actual safe, not too tall, and high rails with real steps. The beds were huge and comfy! We saw porpoises and a herron every morning from our balcony. The beach is an easy walk down the nice boardwalk. We stayed from August 4th through the 7th and we were one of two families in the entire building. It felt like a private beach at times. As others mentioned in the reviews, the public beach access is next door, but it never got too crowded, and there are only about 20 parking spots in that parking lot, so I can't imagine it getting too crowded during peak seasons either. Others also mentioned there is no elevator to this unit. Beside that, it is the perfect stay!

Great spot and condo

Great location. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the porch. Loved the outdoor furniture and we spent most of our time out there! Condo was clean and had everything we needed (especially the coffee!). Would stay again.

Beautiful beach vaca spot

Condo is well stocked with all the amenities for guests to have a fun vacation. We had beautiful weather and pretty blue water for our stay. Enjoyed staying here with our family to kick start our summer.

Very nice condo on a quiet beach

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well kept. It is located between Pensacola and Orange Beach so there were many options for great food and beaches.

Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere!

We loved the condo because the complex was small and very clean. It is a beautiful beach and private for this time of year. I would love to stay again!
