Escape to Timber #8, an inviting two-bedroom vacation rental in the heart of Sunriver, perfect for families, couples, or a small group of up to six guests—and your small dog is welcome too.

Step inside and feel instantly at home in the cozy living room, located just off the entry. This welcoming space features a warm gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player, and a queen hide-a-bed, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of Sunriver adventures. Gather with loved ones for movie night or unwind by the fire on cooler evenings. The well-stocked kitchen includes a convenient island and opens to the dining area, creating an easy flow for meals and conversation. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy the gas BBQ or sink into your private hot tub, perfect for stargazing and relaxation.

A charming spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms with Victorian-inspired décor. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with private vanity areas, providing added comfort and convenience.

Timber #8 is ideally located near Sunriver’s scenic bike paths, trails, and resort amenities. Your stay includes six SHARC passes, giving you access to the SHARC and waterslide park, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, and the marina—ensuring fun for the whole family in every season.

With two levels, carport parking, and thoughtful amenities throughout, Timber #8 blends comfort, charm, and convenience for a memorable Sunriver getaway.

This home includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, two TVs, DVD player, and a well-equipped kitchen. The home offers approximately 1,101 square feet of living space.

The Perfect Location

This property made for the perfect getaway to Sun River. A quirky house, in a perfect location - stocked with everything you need. A grill, hot tub, multiple beds - and in a very quiet neighborhood, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back here for another visit.

End of season ski trip

I always enjoy staying in Sun River for my ski trips with proximity to the mall. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the mall or 25 minute walk on the trail.

Great family time!

Our family had a fantastic time! The house was very clean and the perfect size for us. Getting to use the tub while it was snowing outside was the highlight for the kids. We'll be coming back!

Relaxing Spring Break Week

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub is very private and nice after a day of skiing. Also nice to have a fireplace.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the trains go by. Timber lane is very central, we could walk the kids to Fort Rock easily and were at the Sharc in no time as well.

We had a pleasant stay. The home had all the necessities and was very comfortable. Our granddaughters had great fun on the spiral staircase.

Great Place

Very clean and great location! The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is the hot tub only had 1 jet and the controls were inconsistent and of course the train tracks. This did not bother us however and we had a great time.

Great weekend

The property was just as described and actually felt bigger than we thought it would be. The back deck and hot tub are very close to train tracks but it didn't bother us at all. Really cute little house and having a washer and dryer helped a ton!
