REMODELED + EV Charger. 2 Killdeer Lane is located just a short 3 minute walk from the SHARC and The Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, day spas, and fitness center. This modern and cozy, 1200 square foot home has central A/C, hot tub, bikes, BBQ, wifi and comfortable patio furniture. Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, are recently updated.

The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new King Bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV and wi-fi streaming BluRay player. The living room has a High Definition TV for watching your favorite sports team.

The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own supply. To simplify your packing there is a portable crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair. A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 adult bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.

Rental of our home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC Passes for 6 guests and this home also has A/C.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Lovely and comfortable

The house was in a perfect location close to SHARC. The furnishings were lovely. We especially apprecaited the games and puzzles, and the well appointed kitchen.

Comfy Beds, clean Hot Tub, Beautiful Location

We visited this location to celebrate my wife's B-day. We found the home to be comfortable and well stocked. We are very picky about the beds and mattresses in the houses we rent, and these were very comfortable memory foam. The hot tub was clean and warm and not over chlorinated. We really enjoyed the layout of the house and all the added amenities. Sun River is a fun place and this house is super close to shops and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay and relax.

My wife and I really enjoyed spending her birthday at your beautiful home in Sunriver. It had recently snowed and the setting was incredible including icicles dangling from roof. It was warm and comfortable with such a nice updated interior. We would definitely recommend to all who are looking for a top notch place to stay.

Good Stay, well appointed

Place was clean and for the most part, rooms were updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Fireplace was cozy, hot tub was clean. Great location, we walked to the village a lot. I would recommend this home for a small family. The only issues worth noting: the shower in the main bathroom had a very slow drain. We chose not to report because we didn’t want anyone to bother us. Also, check out was 11:00 am. The morning we were getting ready to leave, we felt very rushed. The cleaning crew tried to enter the home two different times while we were still packing up.

Our family of 4 2 adults with 2 teenage boys had a nice relaxing weekend, hot tub was great, bikes were great and our dogo loved the squirrel TV. Kitchen was fully equipped; coffee was plentiful. Everything was provided, paper towels, soap, dishwashing tablets, everything! Cute decorations around the house and lovely squishy carpet. Would love to come back in the summer or winter!

Peaceful, exquisite interior

I truly enjoyed this property. The exterior is a bit disconcerting but when i stepped inside the interior was professionally decorated, very restful and contrasting colors, new appliances, very clean abd quiet. An excellent and inspiring place fir my writing retreat.

Beautiful Home perfect location

We loved our stay. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Our only negative comments would be the rooms need fans for air flow (it got pretty stuffy and hot at night. And the deck, while I know it’s very expensive to replace a deck it costs very little to fix areas of danger. Excellent house!

The house is in an excellent location - it's an easy walk to Sunriver Village and SHARQ. Super clean and very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Hot tub is wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Very responsive host and great house

The house was great, host was super responsive to a few early issues, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook some great meals. One small issue was the initial smell in the main area of the house, likely from the cleaning products used.

My kids loved it

We enjoyed our stay. We were notified the fireplace was broken the day we checked in, but this was fine for our purposes. My kids loved the small collection of toys, books, puzzles and the bunk bed. Great location for the SHARC and village. Hot tub was clean. Very easy check in/out. The EV charger requires you to set up an account with a separate vendor and pay an additional charge that was pretty steep, I think $30/day. We ended up not needing it but still wished this was noted up front. You should bring your own bike helmets, the kids helmets are broken and no adult helmets available. Otherwise the bikes were in great condition! All in all it was a wonderful house!

Awesome place!

Really met all our desires for a weekend getaway. The hot tub was the main selling point when booking here and it lived up to all our expectations! Will stay again!
