We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited passes! Access to SHARC aquatic pools and all Tennis Courts. Several restaurants in the Sunriver Village & numerous shops.

This large 2000 square foot home is nestled among towering pine trees and a close distance to the Woodlands Golf Course, North Tennis Courts and Sunriver Market Place. Enjoy the many miles of bike paths to explore Sunriver. Enjoy a beautiful 20 minute drive to Mt Bachelor for summer or winter enjoyment.

The home has three separate Primary Suites with 1 King and 2 Queens. There is also a private loft with a Queen bed, TV/DVD for the kids or for an extra couple. The owners have provided a Ping Pong table for your enjoyment. Everything you need for your stay is provided in the home. Sit back on the cold winter nights with the warmth of the wood burning stove in the living room with firewood provided, or be entertained with a 42' plasma TV with satellite dish, DVD, and new sound system. The NEW large hot tub that is located just off the living room. The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped, and the adjoining dining room is large enough for entertaining or just relaxing with family and friends. The home offers 8 adult bikes and BBQ, multiple decks and patio furniture and a selection of movies, games, and books for everyone to enjoy. There is no a/c in the home but fans are provided. The home also offers year round unlimited SHARC passes.

No smoking and no vaping allowed in the home.

The house is amazing! The 3 bedrooms off the living room each have huge closets, built in shelves, dressers and attached bathrooms. Each room also has a sliding door to outside (2 rooms exit to the hot tub; 1 room has its own deck with chairs) - spacious kitchen/ dining room with another large deck with table and bbq. The garage has the ping pong table and several great bikes, locks, helmets and pickle ball equipment. So well equipped! Tons of cooking utensils/plates, etc. there wasn’t a thing missing. Owner was great about updates and instructions. Highly recommend!! Oh there’s also a loft bedroom with a small deck too! Don’t freak out about no a/c….it was close to 100 each day - the house stayed pretty cool, and the night temperature was like 40 degrees- definitely cool at night. Great place for sure!

This was our second time at this property. It's a great house for three couples. Each couple has their own space with their own bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the bicycles.

Enjoyed our stay. Especially liked that everyone had private bath. Very nice kitchen and dining area. Very quiet neighborhood with trails easily accessible.

Great house in good location

Great property! Hot tub is new and amazing. The fireplace was especially nice on Christmas eve. Bridget even let us check in a bit early. Wonderful stay.

Excellent home with all the amenities needed

We loved staying at this home for week during March. Home is ideal for families or couples. The 3 on-suite bedrooms were great for our family with adult children and their partners. We loved using the bbq and deck on the sunny days. Owner was a great communicator!

This house is great. Very nice and clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Big dining table and chairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which we love!
