This was one of the cleanest places we have what stayed at! Extremely awesome location right near shops and beach. The host provided ear plugs saying it might get a bit loud at night, but we all slept like a baby. It wasn’t too loud when we went! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect spot! Exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated and spacious. Everything we needed in the heart of Flagler Avenue restaurants and shops. From the first day we were already planning our next trip here !

Very cute house. So nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious, appliances were great and new. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops (little bit noisy at night but we knew that). We loved it, had a great weekend there. Highly recommended. Easy instructions to be followed when you leave.

We had a wonderful stay at Mermaid’s Loft! The location is fantastic—right on Flagler Avenue and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. The loft itself was comfortable and charming, with everything we needed for a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that being right in the middle of all the action also means it can get pretty noisy at night. There’s a live music bar directly across the street, and the music can go until around 1:30 AM. The hosts thoughtfully provide earplugs next to the bed, which definitely helps. For us, the convenience and location were worth it. If you want to be close to the beach and right in the heart of Flagler Avenue, Mermaid’s Loft is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful location and beautiful condo !

We loved this place! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the location as well - an easy walk to the beach and we walked to dinner every night ! We would definitely stay here again !

Mermaids loft was the perfect spot

We loved this place. It was the perfect place. Clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious, all in the heart of Flagler Ave therefore the location is amazing. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

This place is perfectly located with all the amenities needed. Great balcony view and very comfortable porch area,. This Vrbo has everything you need, top notch appliances & super clean. Best Hosts EVER !

This unit was perfect! Very nice and spacious. I also like when rentals have all the basics and this one did. Might sound silly but dawn dish detergent and hand soap in the bathrooms (not a bar. Great location to plenty of restaurants and bars! Would love to stay here again!

Great Location

If you are looking to be in the heart of the Dunedin action, you could not find a better place to stay! Great space, we’ll appointed and easy to access. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

a GREAT 4 day get away!!!

Really enjoy the unit, the grounds, the courtyard and the quaint shops, wonderful restaurants. Lots to do in the area!! Saw 2 shuttles take off, wonderful weather... Definitely a place to check out. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Great spot to watch Mardi Gras parade

The ultimate Flagler experience

Just book it. If you want to walk everywhere on Flagler, this is the place. Rent a golf cart at some point too so you can cruise the entire beach.

Spring Break Girls Trip

This property is spectacular!!! It was extremely clean and appeared identical to the photos online. Location was perfect for access to Flagler Ave and the beach. Check in and check out were simple. I highly recommend this condo. Everyone in my group is looking forward to staying at the Mermaid Loft again in the future.

Thank you for your review, Leslie. Just checked the property’s toilets and they are working normally. These toilets are pressure assist toilets and tend to be on the louder side when flushed due to the extra flushing force they exert. We’re sorry they didn’t meet your standards. Hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Great Location!

Awesome property, great location, seemed like brand new renovation, floors, kitchen, furniture, all great condition. Nice decor. Fast WiFi. Directly on Flagler Ave, so expect lively noise into the night until about 2-3am, but anywhere on the Main Street is going to have that. This was perfect for me and teenage kids because of the location, quick walk to beach, and restaurants, etc. we never used the car after parking it here.

VERY CLEAN! The primary bedroom is very spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bed is firm, not what we typically prefer, but it was very comfortable and we slept well!Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We ate breakfast in the courtyard a few times in the little restaurant right outside our door.Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out with a question. No beach chairs were provided but I did inquire for a couple of chairs and host provided. Very thoughtful!!TV’s in both bedrooms and main area, door from second bedroom onto balcony, great water pressure in showers.They do warn about noise and over the weekend (Halloween weekend) it was very noisy until after midnight Friday and Saturday night. We didn’t mind, but it was more than anticipated. The location was perfect!

Convenient location!

The Mermaid Loft was the perfect location to the beach and Flager Ave restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ideal for our family of 5. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and some hair products and shower gel included. Space to people watch on the balcony and a quiet spot on the large patio near the front door. Cute and friendly breakfast spot, "THE PATIO", right outside your front door downstairs---so convenient! I can't rave about this condo enough. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it can get loud at night. It didn't bother our family, kids fell right asleep, but that is us. We enjoyed the people watching. Overall, we loved our stay and the Mermaid Loft is somewhere we would return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s always a little nerve wracking when you travel, but I never felt nervous about the check in/out process. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured. I read the reviews and knew ahead of time about certain characteristics of the condo and we were prepared. To our surprise the owner supplied each room with ear plugs. We never even used them. The only thing loud was the occasional motorcycle and maybe people talking loud or yelling. It never bothered us. The live music stopped at 10pm and the doors closed to Traders after that so that you couldn’t hear any noise. In the morning, tractor trailers bringing food to businesses on Flagler were not loud at all. Had we been sleeping we wouldn’t have even known they went by. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you may need with plates, cups, pots & pans, etc. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and comfortable. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. We appreciated all of the little touches like bath soaps, washing machine and dishwasher pods. We didn’t have to worry about these things since we flew in for only the weekend. We will definitely be back when the opportunity presents itself. We’re thankful we chose this spot for it’s proximity to everything on Flagler which we absolutely love.
