This adorable home has been beautifully updated with new flooring, paint and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with new vanity, tile, and paint.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart Tv and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen has all new appliances, countertops, and cabinets, and is open planned living with a wonderful kitchen nook and dining table that comfortably seats 6. The living room has a comfy sofa, Smart TV and looks over the front garden area and leafy streets of Birdrock.
The backyard is your own little getaway to heaven. With a brand-new Spa, outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and a very comfortable conversation piece you have all the comforts you could need for a lovely La Jolla vacation.
Enjoy Tourmaline Beach to the south and Windansea Beach to the north or cruise into the Village of La Jolla for a smorgasbord of restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Visit the Seals and Sea Lions or go down to La Jolla Shores for a family friendly beach day.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
