Spacious Beach Studio

This roomy Studio has everything you need to enjoy your vacation near the beach. Beautiful custom furnishings with hardwood floors, luxurious bathroom, full kitchen, and dining area. Everything provided including 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Great neighborhood in North PB on Tourmaline just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, all with walking distance. We even have the fixings for two margaritas, chips and salsa in your room ready for arrival.

The place is in a great location. My husband and I are in our 50's, I have a serious heart condition. Be prepared to walk 3-5 miles to go to activities unless you go out away more.

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Owner's personal touches were very welcoming. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our 4 night stay. Beach access is literally a short walk down the hill. Not having to park our big SUV on the street was a plus. Bathroom Egyptian decor was cool and the shower is a nice functional focal point with multiple nozzles and rainshower. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. Thank you so much Alisa and Darren!

My wife and I loved the studio. It had all the amenities we needed and the owners were great to answer any questions we had about the area. We will stay there again when we spend time in San Diego.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beach studio. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to shops and restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and the chips, salsa, and margaritas that welcomed us were an added special touch.

Love this place. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Very clean. Owners were very helpful. Would definately stay again!

Great location and nice house

Was a great quick stay. Has everything you need and has a good area to chill in the front. Perfect location for the beach as well.

Alisa was incredibly kind, communicative and helpful! We had a lovely stay. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.. The studio is exactly as pictured, and was spacious, clean, well-stocked with thoughtful touches from the hosts. Highly recommend!!!

The best two days of my summer!

Literally the best place you could pick for a beach trip. Private parking minutes walking from the best beach in the world! I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment was adorable

Great place for a short trip

A walk away from some amazing food and the beach ain’t far too the bicycle we’re nice too made it super easy to travel I didn’t have to drive once

Nice stay

Nice stay at this suite near Pacific Beach. Plenty of amenities and nice host. Safe, secure neighbourhood close to beaches and La Jolla. Would definitely stay again if traveling to San Diego.
