We felt at home along with our teen boys and dog. The beach was so close and easy to access. Parking was amazing either on the street in front or in the private garage. The space was perfect for a family. Walking distance or short drive to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The house was so quiet and cozy. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Location, location, location. We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone in my family had room and was comfortable. The location was great - short walk one way to a very beautiful beach and walking trail and a short walk the other way to great coffee shop. We just loved it! The welcome bag was a nice surprise. Thank you.

Beautiful place looked exactly like the photos. 5 houses from the beach and pretty quiet overall. It could use some minor TLC: the screens were off the front doors by the patio and kind of just laying there. The house could have been a little cleaner upstairs. Overall it was pricey but definitely worth it because of the fantastic location.

Great trip

Property was awesome. Located in a perfect area. Everything was great for my family and I. Never figured out the stoppers for the baths but that’s a small issue to an overall great stay.

We had a great family vacation! The home was very clean, and my favorite feature was the speakers built into the ceilings—they were such a nice touch! The beds were probably the least comfortable part of our stay, but overall, we had a great experience.The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was within walking distance of the beach. We also brought our dogs with us. The only downside for pet owners is that there isn’t really a nearby area for dogs to potty unless you take them for a walk. If you have a dog like mine who will only go on a large grassy area, it can be a little difficult to find a convenient spot.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful family vacation!

Overall great location. Close to beach shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with outdoor patios and 2 car garage. Even included beach towels chairs and umbrella. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Comfortable beds. Amenity bath products provided. Market within 2 blocks and beach within 1 block. Sleeps 6

Great location with space for everyone!

This house was a great central hub for all of our activities while in San Diego. An easy 1 mile walk to La Jolla town center (shops, restaurants, etc.) and only a block away from the ocean. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a washer/dryer, 2 tables with seating and 2 sitting areas, we were able to travel lighter, had spaces check emails with morning coffee, and spread out! No concerns over parking given the spacious garage. Communications were great and can only hope all of our VRBO experiences are this amazing!

College Visit Vacation

We came here to look at San Diego State for our daughter and wanted to fold in a beach vacation. We are from Dallas and have never been to greater San Diego. La Jolla is beautiful and the home was perfect. Literally less than a block from the beach. We had plenty of beach time, were able to walk to restaurants, a market and played shuffle board and cards at night . We loved it. Thank you for making our stay so special.

La Jolla Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect. It really is steps down to the beach, and then up the street to great coffee, a gourmet grocery store, tacos, Chinese food and a great bar. It is very clean, fast internet, great hot water showers, and you could work all day on the upstairs deck in the quiet of the neighborhood shaded by a great umbrella. Don't miss the Sunday La Jolla Fresh Aire Farmers Market, which you can walk to. You could even walk all the way to the posh shopping streets and just a little further to the seals (it is a long walk but doable but there is also great valet in town.) Within driving minutes to Torrey Pines golf and hiking. Can't say enough how great this place was!!
