The ATX House is totally updated and furnished with everything you will need for a great stay in Austin. It is located just .33 miles to Barton Springs and the Hike and Bike Trail and so much more in Zilker Park and approx 2 miles to downtown. This cozy condo is thoughtfully decorated with custom 'Austin' photography and art and features a super comfy covered patio. The bedroom features a King bed and a large plate glass window.

The kitchen is well furnished with everything you’d need to cook! We provide organic local coffee beans and grinder for you as well as bar soap, lotion, face wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The ATX House is part of the ZilkerVacations family of vacation rental homes and condos in the Zilker Park area! We do everything we can to assure you the most comfortable stay possible!

It was the perfect spot for visiting Austin. Clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. The deck was great for relaxing outside in the shade and among the trees. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice. Location worked well for us. Really appreciated the little extras like coffee beans and extra paper goods. It wasn’t an issue for us but there isn’t a laundry in the unit.

I wish we could put laundry in each unit in the 6 unit complex, but we do have the laundry room on the first level with 2 washers and 3 dryers and all supplies, that is free for our guests to use. Excellent location near Zilker Park right by Barton Springs. Was like staying in a tree house. Loved this place and highly recommend.

Perfect retreat to Austin

ATX House is well-appointed and we’ll-located. A perfect haven of comfort and quiet close the walking paths, restaurants, and Zollverein Park.

Great Stay

Stayed here during the F1 race. Condo was clean, as described and in a great location. Comfortable bed too. I would and probably will stay there again.

What a wonderful property!

I highly recommend this property. It was my second stay here and I'll definitely be back. Such a great location, and it has such an Austin vibe. Cynthia and Peach are fantastic hosts!

Wonderful stay

Very good place to stay for ACL festival. Good location. Apartment is small but great, has everything you need. The manager is very available when needed. Thanks for the stay.

Close to Zilker, great balcony!

We loved the location, we could easily walk to barton springs pool, zilker park, and the restaurants on barton springs as well as south Lamar. The balcony was large with good privacy. Check in was easy and the property was clean. We would stay there again.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
