Hospédese en una cabaña histórica de ensueño única en el campus de UT, propiedad de un gurú de bienes raíces de Texas. CAMINE hasta Moody Center, el teatro Zach, el estadio de fútbol de UT, el club de UT, el hospital St Davis y el hospital infantil Dell. La casa tiene un amplio patio frente a un arroyo y un parque. Camine hasta los mejores restaurantes del este, DT y UT: Este, Salty Sow, Chef Hong The Carillon, Acre 41, Red River Cafe, UT Club, Torchy's taco, Kerbey Lane Cafe, camiones de comida y cervecerías. 3 camas grandes y cómodas tienen capacidad para 5 personas. Great place to be if you are going to the UT campus. Couldn’t be closer. It fit well for two people. The place is older and there isn’t central air. The window units work well in the bedrooms but the window unit in the main room struggles in the summer heat. Would recommended it and would stay again. Very nice host and easy check-in.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us twice. Being right by campus makes stays like yours so much easier, and it means a lot that it's become a reliable home base for you. We set the window unit to Eco mode before check-in to help save energy. Guests are free to adjust it as needed after check-in. I'd love to host you again for round three!

This place is so special! Check in and check out is so easy. Host is quick to respond to any needs or questions. It is a treehouse indeed! Decor is so specialized and fun! Wonderful location to university and restaurants.We will definitely stay here again!

The house was positioned very close a very busy and noisy downtown street. Although noise makers were provided, the bedrooms sit so close to the road you can hear cars drive by and sirens were very loud.

Excellent host - very quick to respond and helpful. Just had a quick overnight stay here for a concert at Bass Hall on UT campus, so didn't really spend much time in the house other than just to sleep.The location for Bass or other campus events is spectacular. Very quick and easy walk to Bass. The bedrooms are on the side of the house along Dean Keaton St, so if you are a light sleeper or otherwise sensitive to road noise, that might be a consideration. This did not bother me at all, but it did bother my friend somewhat. White noise machines are provided in both bedrooms to help with this. The bedrooms also have window unit ACs that when running would help as well.Overall my experience was good and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Unfortunately was our first VRBO that didn’t match the photos and listing details. Having stayed here now, we are very surprised by the 5 star reviews.There is no mention that this home is located on an extremely busy street with 24 hour road noise. Ear plugs are a must for sleeping! It wasn’t relaxing or comfortable on many levels. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very comfortable. No dressers and few hangers in the one closet in the whole house.The deck and oak tree are lovely, but the deck doesn’t look like it is built to code. The deck chairs are uncomfortable for lounging.Cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling over our bed and the windows. Surfaces and bathroom were very clean.Bath towels are mismatched and old. The coffee pot had the wrong filters and stopped working.Many more disappointments and we will definitely not stay here again. The location is great for U of T events and you can catch ride shares easily. The area felt safe.

We’re glad you found the location convenient for UT events and ride shares, felt safe in the neighborhood, and appreciated the clean surfaces, bathroom, and comfortable bed in the smaller bedroom. Since the property is near the UT campus, we provide white noise machines in each bedroom to help ensure a more restful sleep despite street noise, which many guests have appreciated as an extra touch. We continually work to enhance guest comfort and amenities. The deck is newly built and is regularly inspected and updated as needed. Based on your feedback Towels have been replaced, additional hangers added, and the coffee machine filter has been updated to improve convenience for future guests. We value all feedback as part of our ongoing efforts to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.

Great location for the Moody center. Being able to walk to the venue and not pay for parking was wonderful. Such a cute home and perfect for the four of us. Thanks again Zoe for being a wonderful host.

Staying at Zoe's place was such a special part of our daughter's UT orientation experience. The location is absolutely phenomenal—a true gem right on campus that allowed us to be fully immersed in everything while still having a peaceful place to rest between events. It gave my daughter the perfect space to decompress after long, emotional days.One of our favorite parts was the beautiful creek in the backyard. Even though we were in the heart of campus, it felt like a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.Zoe was an incredible host—kind, welcoming, and always available to help. We are so grateful we found this special place and already know it will be our home away from home as our daughter begins her college journey. We couldn't recommend it more highly!
