We appreciate you acknowledging our excellent communication and that your family enjoyed the water during your stay. We are, however, very disappointed and surprised by the remainder of your review. Throughout your entire stay, not one of these concerns was brought to our attention, other than ants on the outside table. We pride ourselves on being extremely responsive to our guests and would have gladly addressed any legitimate concerns immediately had we been given the opportunity. We do not clean our own properties, so we need to know if our cleaners are skipping over things. We take great pride in maintaining our vacation homes and work hard to ensure every guest has a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. While we certainly understand that every guest has different expectations, we believe it is only fair to give a host the opportunity to resolve an issue before presenting such serious complaints publicly. We welcome constructive feedback and continually strive to improve our properties. We only wish these concerns had been communicated during your stay, when we could have actually done something about them. We wish you and your family the best and are glad your children enjoyed their time on the water.
