The location is quite nice being right on the water. The inside was clean and well put together. They had a hot tub but we didn’t end up using it.

My wife, our dogs, and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rental was very clean, and we really enjoyed the kayak, hot tub, and just relaxing on the back patio with the great water views. The rental also included everything we needed and the hosts communicated instructions and info clearly for us. It was also a good location where we could easily find different restaurants, attractions, and 10 minutes from the beach. The only negative was it was a bit close to the busy road and we could hear the noise from all the traffic while on the back patio. Overall a great little get away for us though!

Great spot!

We had the best weekend getaway here, such a nice stay the view was amazing! The house was very clean and perfect for us, would stay again!

A great stay

My family had a wonderful stay at the Marsh House. The home was very cozy and the property was as advertised. The fish bite was great off the back of the house.

Great fishing getaway!

I stayed here with my wife and our dog-we love fishing and couldn't resist the idea of renting somewhere that we can fish from the backyard! It was a perfect retreat for a couple of nights, we caught some Red Drum, Black Drum, Spot and a Toadfish (& several blue crabs!) We would absolutely stay here again!

Fishing with the dogs

Awesome location, very dog friendly, great fishing, and extremely gracious/ communicative hosts. Highly recommend!

Nice location

Conveniently located right between Swansboro and Emerald Isle. Very close to Pogies and the marina and right around the corner from the downtown waterfront restaurants and the state park.

Nice family weekend

The house was kept very nicely with all amenities stocked and ready. It is right off the main road but as soon as you turn off it's really secluded, beautiful nature right at the back doorstep. Very awesome place and would definitely recommend.

Great weekend. Only complaint is the hot tub water was nasty and girlfriend ended up with a UTI.

Perfect Escape

It was an enjoyable escape for a friend's birthday. Lovely location. Will likely be back next time someone wants to have a place to stay for their birthday or special event.
