This 1930s brick home is perfect for a family, remote workers, or for those who want a quiet and peaceful place to call home during your stay in Richmond. You will enjoy relaxing on the patio that looks out on many flowering garden beds and a water garden. Your fur babies will love the fully-fenced yard.

It's situated on a quiet, residential, tree-lined street walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Bellevue Ave (Little House Green Grocery, Early Bird Biscuit, Northside Grille) and on MacArthur Ave in Bellevue. A few minutes drive to Ginter Park Botanical Gardens.
*House Layout and Features*
This is a 4-bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms are dedicated offices with a desk, chair and table lamp. The offices can be converted to bedrooms with twin beds if requested.
*First Floor*

Fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishware
Screen porch looking out on the gardens with access to fully-fenced yard and 6 ft privacy fence on either side.

Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, nightstands, table lamp, small dresser and two closets.
Bedroom #3 is a dedicated office space with desk, chair and table lamp.
The 4th bedroom is a second office space with a built-in bookshelf, desk and chair.
There's a second full-bathroom on this floor.

There is plenty of street parking and one (tight) off-street parking that can be accessed by the back ally.

Dogs and/or cats are allowed with approval and pet fee.

Hi there! I am originally from upstate NY and my husband Nick is from the NW suburbs of Chicago. We met while we both lived in San Diego before relocating to Richmond, VA in 2019. I am a UX designer and Nick is an accountant for a cloud computing company.
This home in Ginter Park was our first home in Richmond and we absolutely love it. We are both passionate about older homes and we hope you are able to enjoy the property as much as we did! We have experience renting to both short-term and long-term tenants.

This house is located on a quiet, tree-lined, one-way street in Ginter Park, bordering Bellevue. The neighborhood consists of mostly young families and older retired couples. It's a lovely neighborhood to walk your dog or take a jog.
