Awesome house. Fully stocked if you want to cook. So comfortable. We stayed upstairs and we never heard our friends downstairs, no door opening/closings, nothing. Slept great!!Super convenient to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable for home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great experience at Clyde’s house and will stay there again, if in the area. We highly recommend this place.

Great stay off Libby Ave

Great location, easy check-in, clean, great house with a large yard made our stay in Richmond so memorable. Clyde has a wonderful house & is an incredibly attentive host. I’d definitely stay here again.

Claud was an excellent host. Very accommodating. The place was very clean, and comfortable. We gave 2 little dachshunds and they loved the house but really loved the yard. The doggie door was a great bonus. Wish we could have stayed there long term. The area is amazing and even though it is located between Broad Street and Monument Ave. it’s extremely quiet and we come from 65 acres. It is very conveniently located. Check in and check out was a breeze. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this house to others.

Wonderful Location For Exploring RVA

This classic Cape Cod is centrally located between West Broad Street and Monument Avenue in a quiet, charming neighborhood, allowing easy access to both the West End and Downtown. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds and a working office. The best part was the pet friendly fenced yard with new patio and fireplace. Owner was wonderful to work with. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here with my senior mother, my husband, our kids, and our dog. The location was perfect, the yard was huge (our pup loved chasing the ball out there!), and the house was so thoughtfully stocked- it truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. Communication with Claude was excellent throughout, which made everything smooth and easy. We really appreciated all the care that went into making this such a welcoming space, and we’d love to rent here again!

Just like home

Everything was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our dog loved the backyard. The screened-in porch was also a great place to relax. Some rentals feel a bit sterile, but this one felt just like home. Thank you!

The house was everything it was advertised as and more. I especially enjoyed the backyard. Together with the especially quiet neighborhood it was a welcome solitude broken only by the birds and squirrels going through their daily paces. Inside the house was clean and extremely comfortable. The host made any communication with him easy and he was prompt with any needed reply. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
