House is 140m2. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. En suite master bedroom has bathtube. House has open plan with separate areas: large living room social area with comfortable seating and fireplace. Dining area with seating for up to 8 people, kitchen area, tv area with comfortable sofa and smart tv. Newly build in 2022 with only raw, natural materials. Floor heating makes house comfortable no matter what weather is outside.
Our house is situated in west Iceland in a fjord called Hvalfjörður. Its on farm lands, quiet location with lot of sheep and horses wandering around. Mountains and small waterfalls are all around, blueberry fields and stunning sunsets. Location is in the tracks of Golden circle, 30 min drive to the National park Þhingvellir.
Snæfelsnes peninsula, glacier and beautiful Arnastappi is around 2 hours drive.
Glymur second highest waterfall in Iceland is 30 min drive away.
Hvammsvik hot springs spa 10 min drive away. Lot of other hot spring spas within 1h drive.
When it comes to Northern light, its simply the best location! There is no better place than watch it from hot tub..
Short drive from Reykjavík, 40min, 1 hour 20 min drive from the airport.
And when you don't feel like going anywhere it's a grear place to relax, you are surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains and waterfalls and can enjoy the view from the windows or sitting outsude listening to birds and water running in the stream directly by the house.

Car is necessary, 4x4 in winter time is necessary.
It is our secondary house that we love and use a lot. As we have a dog house is not suitable for people who have severe dog allergi.
